Very attentive service . Staff and management took time to speak to all and were extremely courteous . Food could have been hotter at mealtimes.

One word sums up this amazing hotel & it’s staff INCREDIBLE!! This was our first visit & we will definitely return. The hotel is spotlessly clean & immaculate, the food is outstanding & the staff friendly, polite & always smiling! A special mention to Ergin, Burak, Halit, Nurettin, Dan & Valentina for making our holiday so enjoyable in every way. An exceptional hotel, highly recommend!!

We returned to this hotel having stayed previously in October 2023. That time it was with our adult children and their partners. Both visits here have been truly wonderful. Everything is done just right to make sure your holiday is a great one. The staff here are all lovely and friendly people. The team is lead from the front by manager Ergin and operations manager Savas who set a fine standard. We were amazed by the number of staff who remembered us from our previous visit and it was great to see everyone again. We also found the daily fitness and activity programme to be very good. The new fitness instructor Melis really knows her stuff and expertly tailored her classes to suit the fitness levels of attendees. We really need enjoyed the challenges she set! We have booked again already 😀

14th visit, so I have written many reviews about this hotel. There is a reason we return, it is simply the best hotel, with the best staff. The hotel, managed by Ergin, is 5*. You will be well looked after by all the lovely staff, were nothing is too much trouble. The hotel rooms, pool, restaurants and public areas are all immaculately clean. All of the staff really do work so hard to make sure you have a fantastic holiday. For anyone who has never been before look at my previous reviews for a more detailed review. For those you have been before, which is many, you can look forward to some great improvements since your last visit.... We are so lucky to be returning in June this year and can't wait. Joy & Les

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Ergin and his fabulous team (too many to mention individually) go above and beyond to ensure everyone is well looked after and has an amazing time. The staff are the best thing about the hotel but its location, facilities and cleanliness are all amazing too. The restaurants offer a good choice of delicious food, both the a la carte restaurants are fantastic. We visited Olive twice and received outstanding service on both occasions from Mehmet. As a vegetarian I had plenty of choice and was constantly assured by Savas and the restaurant staff that l'd be well catered for and I was! Huge choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available, served to your table in all bar areas, restaurants and around the pool. Rooftop bar offers fantastic views. Sunbeds around the pool are quite close together but there are plenty of them and they're very comfortable. Never had a problem getting a sunbed at anytime largely due to the 'no reservation of sunbeds rule'. Pool itself is clean and lovely to swim in. We didn't visit the spa on this occasion but will definitely go next time. I had a lovely pedicure at the poolside salon. The set up at the beach is fab - comfortable, clean sunbeds. Attentive beach attendant (sorry can't remember his name) who brought drinks and ice creams to our sunbeds. Entertainment is low-key which suits us. Tui rep Dan and animation team were all very friendly without being over the top or pushy. Good location, 2 minutes walk to the beach and a pleasant 20 minute walk along the promenade to Side Old Town which was very interesting and a nice place to stroll around. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the wonderful team. We can't wait to visit again soon.

My husband and I have just enjoyed another fabulous week at this hotel. We stayed with our family in October and had such a good time we had to return as soon as we could! This is the first time we have ever returned to the same hotel. We never want to go anywhere else now. All of the staff are amazing. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to return.

Well what can I say...5th visit in 2 and a half years should tell you my feelings about this hotel. Staff are exceptional and provide you with the best service you can imagine. Ergin and Savas lead the team by example and strive to ensure your stay with them is the best it can be. Food is top quality with a wide selection of choice and dietary requirements met. Drinks are made by professional barmen who know their job and do it VERY well...(If it isn't on the menu, just ask) Rooms are comfortable and modern and the cleaning and maintenance staff keep the hotel at a very high standard. I love this place, the location and the resident cat "Summer"...but most of all the staff have a special place in my heart...how this can happen for a holiday destination I don't know but the management and staff make each visit special and there is no feeling in the world that matches stepping out the transfer vehicle and hearing the doors of Barut Andiz swish open. You can not be disappointed with this hotel. 💕

This was our second visit to the Barut Andiz and we are returning in August. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi we were made to feel at home. All the staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are lovely and comfy, the food is good and there are plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The beach is immaculate with nice sunbeds and it was nice to have one of the staff there to help with the sun brolly and to serve drinks. We dined in the Olive and the Culinarium as it was my husband's birthday, and often had our lunch in the Culinarium, where we were well looked after by the staff there. I cannot remember all the names of the staff and it would be unfair to mention the ones I can remember, as they all do a wonderful job and made our holiday so special. Thank you to all of you.

Delightful stay - loved every minute! Have never visited Turkey before but will definitely return. The staff are so friendly & helpful and Jimmy the entertainment man is brilliant - good fun & a good guy. Food is the best I’ve had at an all inclusive and the drinks were excellent too. Definitely recommend the spa haaman it was such an experience and we loved it! Would recommend to anyone & the old town is beautiful and well worth walking too!
