Hotel a bit worn out in need of renovation but clean everywhere, rooms cleaning daily. Hotel really geared to the Germans, I did not mind it at all because better Germans than Russians. There were also many Poles. Large selection of food, maybe repetitive but everyone will find something for themselves I do not agree with someone who writes that there was nothing to eat. Meat, fish, groats, pasta, vegetables, fruit and sweets. Internet works in the lobby and in some places at the pool. from 6 o'clock. Overall, a great stay, but I read a lot of reviews before I chose this hotel and I knew what to expect.

Overall, the hotel is ok. Eating a lot, the same every day. English speaking reception, the rest only German. Animations in German. Mini club in German. Drinks in the lobby served in warm glasses, the so-called mustards or in paper cups. Only five types of drinks available. Those known for an extra charge. Fresh juice for breakfast at an additional cost. Non-alcoholic fruit cocktails sold for a surcharge. Sun loungers directly by the pool already reserved from 5 o'clock. In the water on the beach only in shoes because the bottom is a limestone rock with stones. Internet only in the lobby ... The snack bar consists of dry confectionery. This standard does not suit my family.

I spent a week in this hotel, rooms cleaned daily, towels changed every day, water in the upper pool was warm like a tap, in the lower pool a bit colder due to watering the slide (it cools down). Drinks in a bar with normal alcohol, but the amount is so small that you have to drink 6 to feel anything. Stone beach, I was once, I came back after an hour, it is impossible to safely use. The worst part was the food! After entering the restaurant, we are greeted by the illusion of abundance, a million bowls, after approaching one row we see: 1. tomatoes in half 2. tomatoes in quarters 3. tomatoes diced 4. cherry tomatoes 5. tomatoes in slices 6. tomatoes with cucumber 7. tomatoes with mozzarella. And so it is with everything. Every day one and the same is given in five types of cutting. Scrambled eggs with milk floating in the water, breakfast cereals as dry as horse bread, instant coffee, powdered milk, forget about freshly ground grains. Fish every day, chips every day, turkey every day, pasta every day (alone! Without sauce, sometimes it's pesto, sometimes only penne). Kebab and burgers by the pool at lunchtime, but I recommend delicious fruit. From a lot of typical Turkish desserts, if someone likes sugar with sugar and honey, they will be delighted. A la carte - no comment. The biggest disappointment of the whole trip (I ate in Italian). Risotto like rice with milk, tiramisu is a sponge cake with alcohol sprinkled with cocoa. Nobody goes hungry, there is too much food, constantly replenishing, but so what, since it is bland and one and the same. In addition, dirt, I came as the only one at 7 on the day of departure, what to eat before the flight, dirty tablecloths on the tables (right at the entrance!), Unclean since dinner. I can only recommend the waiters who deliver drinks without any tips. In the hotel, a hairdresser, men's haircut 5 euros, it's ok. Plus SPA with a hammam (50e / person), but I advise you to sign up right after your arrival, because I had an appointment in 3 days and I didn't use it. Close to Side and Manavgat, he drives Dolmusas for less than 1 euro. No lifeguard at the pool, only Germans in the hotel, animations in German - if it bothers someone, they will not be happy. For this no monitoring at the pool, they stole an air mattress xD I do not recommend it. And when I got up at 6, half of the sunbeds were already occupied with towels by the pool (there are a lot of them, so no tragedy), but if someone is looking for a place at 10-11, they have to overlap a bit and carry single sunbeds, no umbrella for an umbrella already has something to count. Smoking during lunch and dinner on the terrace bothers us, nobody pays attention to it. Wifi only in the lobby, not working at the pool or in the rooms.

The snacks and drinks at the pool and beach bar were also great and nothing was actually missing. The room was clean apart from the evening of our arrival and the Comfortable beds. There were defects in the sink and the like, but they are always found - especially abroad. So I wouldn't complain too much about that. There was already a baby cot in the room free of charge - we were happy about that. The hotel has a lot of entertainment and There were also larger parties where a lot of work was obviously put in. The Italian a la carte restaurant was okay. It tasted good, but it wasn't what you would expect from Italian, but in and of itself - a pleasant, beautiful holiday. Unfortunately, there were still problems and Guest complaint management leaves a lot to be desired. On our first night, the air conditioning in our room didn't work. We are traveling with baby (9 months) arrived. In and of itself that could have waited - but it was so hot in the room that the sweat ran down our faces in streams and our baby was soaked with sweat all over his body. Not a condition that we would have continued like this. We were at the front desk at 9pm to report this immediately. The problem was fixed at 1am and after 5 calls and visits to the front desk. We were quite willing to just change the room because we were tired from the journey and it was clear to us that such things cannot always be repaired directly. Well, the air conditioning was fixed and we could finally sleep. Before bedtime; However, I noticed what the soles of my feet looked like. And that wasn't dirt from a week's worth of wiping. That was a 1cm thick black layer as if it hadn't been wiped for a long time. Accordingly, our baby could not crawl and let off steam. After another complaint to the tour guide, it was cleaned. Not the way you would do it at home, but acceptable. Still, we couldn't let our baby on the floor. But down to the floor everything else was hygienic. In the restaurant all service staff were very, very friendly with one exception. A waiter who literally snapped at us just because we had ordered something to drink. (We are from the gastro ourselves, so we have a lot of understanding and a lot of patience.) Said waiter never came to our table again and we were downright ignored. We rested at the hotel from 10/01/2021 to 10/09/2021 with a large company, 6 people - 5 adults + 1 child 10 years old. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, around 7 o'clock, settled us at 10 without additional payment, which is nice. Our 3 rooms were located on the 4th floor, everything is nearby. The balcony of my room overlooked the road and the chicken coop))) woke up with roosters. The hotel is very clean, every day the staff carefully washes and cleans not only the rooms, but also public areas, everything is disinfected. Bed linen and towels without stains and without holes, although the reviews wrote the opposite. Wi-Fi catches very confidently in the lobby and restaurant, in the room it caught well only at one point, closer to the balcony. About the restaurant: the food is excellent, varied. A lot of different fruits (watermelon, melon, 2 kinds of grapes, apples, pears), vegetables and cut and salads. In the bar on the beach, the choice is poorer, but you can eat well there if you are too lazy to stomp from the beach to the hotel. Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are plentiful. The entire staff is very friendly, there are few Russian speakers, but there is and that was enough for us.
