Palm Village Resort & Spa Reviews

I’ve been traveling and stayed at many hotels in my life but that was one of the worst stay. On the way to the hotel, the road was very bad and when I checked in at night, there were so many bugs everywhere. In the middle of the night, when I was sleeping, some people knocked on the door and tried to open it. That was very scary experience and couldn’t sleep at all. I booked for 2 nights but on the next early morning, I checked out and moved to a different hotel. Didn’t feel safe at all.

This is a fantastic place. It is a paradise to disconnect from the world, and the team is amazing.

It is such a calm and soothing place. It was a good time.

The staff was most welcoming, they let me do early check in free, it was very nice and so needed.

Resort had forgotten to send transportation to airport to pick me up regardless of having booked the same two days prior to the arrival. Front desk had compensated the taxi charge. Spa could have been bit more cleaner. Had dinner and breakfast once and would say that it is moderate enough for a remote place. I chose this resort so that I could be away from general traffic noise from the city. This place is good for those who intends to have a traffic free ambience.

A lovely peaceful hotel, set in amongst jungle. Staff excellent, accommodation excellent (stayed in bamboo huts), clean, tidy and perfectly comfortable. Pool tranquil and great for a sip to cool down. Bar/restaurant area just right, food great, drinks well priced. Well done to all staff 👍

I don't usually go to the trouble of writing reviews but will make an exception for an exceptional experience. Can not recommend the Palm Village more highly. We stayed for six nights but could have stayed for six months. Stepping through the doors was like stepping into a garden oasis a world away from the noise and bustle. Don't get me wrong I love the colour and excitement of Siem Reap but having those simple but elegant air conditioned huts to return to was perfect. The pool was large and well designed, the staff were friendly and very helpful. And don't believe any negative reviews about WiFi coverage. It was great. Would not stay anywhere else in Siem Reap

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We had a nice bamboo cabin, simple but everything we needed was there, included shower and toilet. The big swimming pool is surrounded with beautiful plants and trees, so that you can enjoy the birds´sound and the butterflies flying around while swimming in the water. The meals in the restaurant were tasty. We had a very nice massage lasting one hour. The ladies doing massage are very good in their job. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The best part of this hotel compared with a hotel in town, is the quit location, located in the jungle but still rather close to the village. A tuk tuk can bring you to the town in 10 minutes.

We had a very relaxing stay in this beautifull and quiet oasis. We were almost the only guests and had the pool for ourselves. The personnel at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The food was always excellent. It is easy to reach the center of Siem Reap by tuktuk. We had a small and cosy hut close to the pool.

This place is a magical slice of heaven. I’d been on a 4 -day organised group tour to see the temples and decided I would like to stay in Siem Reap for some R&R and this place did not disappoint. It is peaceful and the bungalows are superb. The Aircon means they are lovely and cool. The pool is stunning and I mostly had it to myself as people were out during the day. I walked out to some local roadside stalls to buy fruit, water and fruit juice, and also stumbled on a place called Theam Gallery - all within a 5 to 10 minute stroll from the hotel. If you download the grab app, you can book a Tuk Tuk for about $2 into town, which is around 2 miles away. Drivers arrives within a couple of minutes. Breakfast choices were basic, but I have no complaints. You have to try the freshly squeezed pineapple juice here it is delicious! I had a massage and I also booked in for a private yoga class which was lovely
