The hotel was clean and good. I liked the facilities available. It's an area suitable for family tourism. The food was also delicious. I would definitely come again with my family.

Same vibes as it was maybe 20 years ago. Everything feels outdated but I still did enjoy my stay there for the waterpark and orang utan. Overall, still an amazing place to go with your family

Great value for a family vacation. The hotel was comfortable and excellent!

The bathtub was a lifesaver, letting me soak and ease the pressure on my legs! The hotel is also just a five-minute walk to the lakeside, and right next to a WATERPARK.

Overall, it was okay, enjoyable, and comfortable. However, the cleanliness aspect needs to be improved to meet the expected standards. Thank you.

Overall experience is good. Just that the foods choices are very limited during this puasa period.

The pictures clearly shows a building built over the water and a room with lake views. We specifically paid extra for a deluxe room with bathtub. We ended up getting a much smaller room with just a view of the car park and no bathtub. The air conditioner was very loud. Both the furniture and bathroom were in need of renovation. The resort hotel has definitely seen better days.

Overall, the stay was good and the staff provided very warm and soft hospitality 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. We really appreciated their service throughout our visit. However, there were a few areas that were disappointing. The kettle provided in the room was not clean, and we had to wash and wipe it before using. Although the platform did mention that toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, we were not aware of this in advance. It would be better for the hotel to consider providing it as a basic amenity. Additionally, the booking platform stated that the check-in time is 2pm, but when we arrived, we were only informed that the actual check-in time is 3pm. This was quite inconvenient and should have been communicated more clearly beforehand. The room details also mentioned a bathtub, but it was not available in the room we received. The biggest disappointment was the Lakeview expectation. We specifically booked based on the Lakeview description and photos, but later found out that the room was in a different building and did not have the expected view. This was not clearly stated in the listing, which made the experience feel quite misleading.
