Thank you for making our stay great. We really enjoyed singapore because of our great accommodation. Great staff. Clean and spacious. accessible to attractions and walking distance to stores. Recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy your vacation. Affordable but had a great stay. We love to go back to Singapore and if given a chance we will definitely still choose to stay this hotel. Shower is working good, bed is soft and comfortable.

As this is Singapore and accommodation is expensive, this room was exactly what we wanted. It had a window to let in some natural light and the bed was comfortable. There are no facilities at this hotel, hence the 3 rating and no services except booking in and out - both which were done speedily and politely. This is a room for sleeping and nothing else. The hotel is conveniently situated near the metro and bus station so travel to other parts of Singapore was easy. The bathroom is really tiny and that was a little problematic for my husband, who is a large person.

The hotel was clean. The location near shoplot . If need take a bus to Aljunied MRT was no bus out to hotel, need to walk 12 min to Aljunied MRT, not convenient to old ppl. Got hair dryer, shower soap, & filter water, hotel got lift too. Overall was good.

A very clean and centrally located budget hotel which is close to restaurants of all budgets and flavours. The Aljunie mrt station is within 10-min walking distance, local buses to various places in Singapore are just steps away. The hotel space is adequate for two. Highly recommended for budget travellers.

I wish we had a refrigerator in our room since we have a baby with us. Was needed for her food. However, 5-stars to Aida who was compassionate enough to allow us early check-in when she saw my baby was sleeping when we arrived the hotel. Overall, all the hotel staff were warm and helpful.

We stayed here as a group of 8 people during our business trip and I can fully recommend the hotel. the area was great for us, lot of bars and restaurants and good night life. Further, the bus which brought us to the company every day was just around the corner (Bus no. 15). The hotel itself is very clean, has a big shower (so good!!!) and was cleaned every day. I liked that in the bed there was two different pillows, a soft one and a firm one! since I only like soft ones it was great for me! the stuff is really nice and helpful. booking taxi middle in the night for us or giving good tips as we had some issues with the credit card (it wasn't hotel fault, it was the bank!) and the best : the stuff is always smiling!! not to forget the nice orange juice machine (two!). having a fresh orange juice after the hot working day was great! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I did from the juice machine :) Breakfast was nice and there is always something for everyone. me for my part love Asian food, so I enjoyed kaya buns and the fresh fruits. Also the coffee is nice and I loved the masala tea! Around the corner of the hotel you can eat famous Katong laksa! the best in the city in my honest opinion! Also five chicken star is nice place to eat since they are serving very good hainanese chicken rice. If you go down the street from five chicken star, you will find Mel´s Place, a nice beer garden with local people. You can watch football here, play billard or enjoy live music on some events. When traveling, I like to connect with local people and get more nice tips where to go, so my tips here are far away from the touristic areas and events.

Overall ok. Location wise will need to take note if u tracker alone . It feels like traveling in an Indian town, food wise is easily accessed. Staff from check in to hskp staff are pretty friendly and amicable. Room amenities could provide more especially in the bathroom. Only a toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. Cleanliness is acceptable but can be better for the dusting part. The only didn't expect the view. As our room was facing the gov building so the window is being sealed and no view

i booked an urban suite to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves to the max. the hotel system was down when we were checking in, but our front desk staff, Rosy, explained the situation to us, gave us a beverages voucher to enjoy a drink each while we waited for our key cards at the lounge, and even personally came over to hand us the cards once the room was ready. shortly after we checked in, a staff member from the collection club lounge dropped by the room and gave my fiancé a mini cake, a box of chocolates, and a birthday card. we went to the collection club lounge for evening cocktails and were surprised with a bread pudding platter with a lighted candle to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and managed to catch the ndp rehearsal's fireworks show. overall, the interactions we had with the staff members were exceptional, and we felt very welcomed and taken care of, everywhere we went. the urban suite room was very clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the cbd area. having stayed in many hotels in singapore, this is by far the best room and experience ive had.

There’s no laundry facilities on site, you have to go next door to the hotel across the road and use their self laundry facilities. Hiring a driver for a great experience of local places.

Robertson Quay Hotel The Great Business Tactics of This Hotel Address:15 Merbau Road, Singapore 239032 When you booked a connecting room of 2 single beds and one queen bed, the hotel will offer you a single room. You can see the fewer reviews from different customers who have posted in the past. The hotel front office offered me an option when I arrived earlier at 1:30pm, offer me a triple room (per photo), the conditions are allowed to enjoy earlier check-in and late check out for an hour, then can be moved to a connected room (per my booking) which is on the higher floor tomorrow. After viewing the room, I have rejected their offer. When I came back to 3:00pm to check in, I got the lower floor on the 3rd floor which has a lot of mosquitoes, the same platform of swimming pool which is easily accessed by outsiders from the window. Therefore, I have requested to move to a higher floor tomorrow, the front office said the higher floor is no longer available. This is ridiculous, why did the front office staff tell me earlier if I accept the offer, they can provide me the higher floor the next day. But as long as I rejected their offer, the higher floor becomes unavailable? Fortunately, the customer service of Trip.com is named as Mac who has assisted me to gain the higher floor after negotiating with the hotel. Front office staff have a bad attitude, Even when it's my turn when lined up, she has asked someone to come over to her desk, encouraging customers to cut the line.
