It is a centrally located properly very closed to the old town area. The only drawback is that the the unit is on the 3rd floor and you need to climb many steps to reach your room after a long day of signseeing.

BB is excellent in the heart of the city, close to all the interesting sites and close to markets and restaurants. The hotel is located in an authentic apartment complex, and on the top floor, in a renovated building, with a feeling of living among the locals. The backyard, a courtyard, quiet and experiential of a local fabric of life. The room is large, clean, ventilated, with a small and beautiful balcony, the service is exceptional, the owner is a nice and pleasant man with a great desire to help. Worth and recommended. There is ample and nearby parking.

Pros:
Good location and the fridge and kettle were good to have.
Cons:
1. There was no free on site parking as advertised.
2. The rooms were not sound-proofed and it was loud in the morning when others were checking out. The winch to lift up the luggage reverberated through the room.
3. The city tax was charged at twice the amount which was advised during the booking.

The accommodation facility is located just outside Ortigia, this allows you to visit it with some ease and also allows you to park your car in the area in free parking lots. the b&b is located on the second floor without a lift, although it is equipped with a goods lift for luggage only which can only be used in the presence of the person in charge. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, and partly renovated, equipped with a small terrace, in my case, overlooking the sea. Having only spent one night I can't speak for much more, still a good place to visit Ortigia.

I booked this B&B because 7 years ago they were my brothers-in-law and I trusted them. Second floor without elevator of an old building, and up to here it's not a problem. Dirty room without bidet and with a sewer pizza that when you returned to the room you felt like you were dying. There was no breakfast but a coffee machine and herbal tea maker, the problem was that we had a total of 10 pods which on the 4th day we were already without because he had put just 4 in the room and according to him we had to make half a coffee each per day. We bought water, we bought toilet paper, but the most scandalous thing was the lack of cleaning in addition to the sheets never being changed and the towels changed after 4 days. You couldn't open the windows because there were no mosquito nets and no blinds on the windows and in the morning the light would wake you up. Not recommended
