The bathroom was drafty, there was a lot of hair in the bathtub, and there was no hot water (when I called to inquire, they said it was because they were using a lot at once and told me to wait 30 minutes before using it)

It was so cold that the whole family slept wearing jackets. It was so cold that they said it was the same because the boiler was shared. They said it was so cold again that they told us to pay more and move rooms. ㅡㅡ It seems like it's warmer in a large room with expensive central heating. The floor was also cold, and the bathroom was so cold that it felt like an outdoor bathroom that we couldn't even shower.

I heard that my parents were going on a trip to Sokcho with my aunts for Chuseok, so I searched and found a place to stay, and I booked a room with 5 beds for 6 adults, but when I checked in, they kept saying that they didn't have a room like this and that they never posted a room like this on the reservation site. Honestly, that's something we can't know, and we booked it after seeing this room, but isn't it a bit much to say in front of a guest who made a reservation that they can't give us a room because they never posted a room like this? I booked a place with 5 beds, but they said they didn't have any, so I thought it was a bit much. They eventually changed it to an ondol room,,, I don't know if I went there myself, but I was a bit upset when I heard this story after sending my parents and the adults there. Usually, if you try one place and like it, you'll continue to stay there. If you're going to stay here, please inquire and use it.

숙소는 설악동에 위치해있고 비룡폭포 주차장까지 차로 5분거리라 좋았어요 ~~ 오래된 숙소라 별기대를 안했는데 깨꿋하게 관리하시고 서비스 바로바로 해결해 주십니다.

시설은 노후했지만 가격대비 만족합니다. 다음에 온다면 다시 올 의사있습니다.
