Lived up to the hype and our admittedly high expectations for a 20th anniversary trip! Our major domo Sean was the best, the attention to detail at every turn was spot on but never obtrusive! Loved paddle boarding at sunset, a short walk to second beach for a run off the beaten path in an old sugar plantation and arguably the best food & massage we’ve had in a long time - and the bar was high! Incredibly private and romantic! The resort yacht was an awesome way to spend the afternoon!

The Jade Mountain resort is paradise. The rooms are amazing, the food is wonderful and the staff are friendly and helpful. We wondered if having the open wall in our room would allow bugs and critters into the room, but we never saw any, a few small (cute) birds come in to the room in the morning in the hope of breakfast, but they don't come far in and are they add to the experience. The view from our sanctuary was fantastic and even with the open wall, completely private. Having a major domo on call 24hrs a day to look after your needs is so over the top it's almost embarrassing. But they were lovely people and made us so welcome. We had anniversary dinner on the beach at sunset and it was an unforgettable experience. Out stay exceeded our expectations- and we have the greatest memories from this vacation.

What an incredible hotel, literally the best I’ve ever stayed at. The views, the service. That room! I can’t praise it highly enough. A big shout out to our butler, Teddy, who was an absolute legend. He helped me look for my earpods when I lost them and no stone was left unturned. Thanks so much Teddy and team for a brilliant stay.

What a magical place to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Every view looks picture perfect as if you are in a movie. Our Moon Sanctuary room was insane...lots of closet space, a refrigerator filled with water and sodas, huge bathroom space and all of it so open to the gorgeous view outdoors! We read the reviews so we were prepared for the lack of ac and the room does get quite warm. We were not ready for the early wake up from the birds flying in and the bright sun. We enjoyed breakfast in our room. The service was terrific. Everyone was so kind and solicitous... it was almost embarrassing. The road to get there is as horrible as the reviews say so be prepared and take some dramamine. We ventured down to the beach for an hour and quickly realized there was no reason to leave our room. We only stayed 2 nights (more than enough time) and then took a water taxi (much better ride) over to Sugar Beach for our next 3 nights. We had the best of all worlds!

Stunning views so beautiful you won’t want to leave your room. Staff so attentive you’ll forget real life for a while. This place is pure magic. Keep in mind you may have to walk a lot if you want to go down to the beach and to restaurants randomly. They do have a car shuttle at certain times.

One of the most amazing spots on earth. The open air room with a wonderful view of the Pitons and private pool is nothing short of spectacular. We will never forget the beauty and absolute privacy of our "sanctuary". The food and service on the top floor of the resort were also first rate as you would expect. St Lucia in general has a perfect climate, beautiful beach, great snorkeling, and very friendly people. Jade Mountain is expensive, but anyone who can afford it should go at least once.

Our stay was the most amazing experience. From the moment we arrived and met our butler team to entering our sanctuary and seeing its breathtaking views to our amazing meals, Jade Mountain was the perfect way to celebrate our special occasion.

Jade Mountain for the win! First let me say Jade Mountain is for those that truly want to disconnect from the rat race and truly connect back with this beautiful planet we live on. On the beautiful volcanic made island of St. Lucia about a 15 minute rocky road ride north of Soufiere is the immaculate Jade Mountain etched into the landscape of the mountains. Jade Mountain is not only esthetically appealing but the end to end EXPERIENCE is like none other. If you can afford to visit Jade Mountain, it is money well spent. The personal butler service to 24 hour food, activities and of course beaches you will be so relaxed. We splurged on a 5 night stay and my goodness we had a STAY TO REMEMBER. Jade Mountain is not for those that have to wear makeup everyday all day, it’s also not for those that fear nature. We slept with the lizards and crickets (in the safety of our sanctuary of course) then woke up to birds. It was truly an experience that I thought I would not like because I don’t like critters but I got use to it after the first night and the lizards served a purpose by eating all the bugs so I didn’t really need my insect repellent. We had an amazing massage on the Jade Mountain property and did an excursion to the volcanic mines, diamond waterfall and took a mineral bath at the botanical gardens. It was just an amazing experience. This is one place that is worth the splurge! Thank you Jade Mountain owners and staff for the most memorable anniversary in our 24 years of marriage!

Jade Mountain is nothing but magical!!!! We went to celebrate our 25th anniversary and by far there isn’t another place that is going to even come close to how spectacular this property is!!! It is an architectural masterpiece! The staff, butlers, housekeeping, and wait staff were perfection! We stayed in JD4, Sun sanctuary and absolutely loved being on the end looking right at the Pitons. We did take the helicopter over and back to the airport which I highly recommend! Book the trip!!!!!
