There are game machines in the lobby for easy waiting. The location is very good, right next to the Christmas market. I took my children to the Christmas mass. It's only a few stops away from T2 to Kenipolis Gent to watch a movie. There is a very good restaurant at the door. There is Amateur gentle 2 outside the door, which specializes in eating local special grilled pork chops. It costs 24 euros per adult and is suitable for big eaters to eat unlimited grilled pork chops. There is also an Albert supermarket next to the Ferris wheel for convenient shopping.

The room is very large, the balcony room is set, and the only one is on the road. Room number 141, everyone avoids lightning. Because the car sounds at night. I also encountered construction in the morning and couldn't sleep well.
Reaction with Trip was also solved.
There is always a fox smell when the room opens, and the window needs to be opened for ventilation.
It takes3-5 minutes to walk from the old street in the main district.
The hotel environment is great.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from the ancient city. Small boutique hotel, no facilities, rooms and bathrooms are not big, although there is a balcony, it is actually an outdoor staircase space in an old-fashioned house. The room has a small desk, but two people spread out life. Can spread a large suitcase, the bathroom is not enough place to put toiletries.

CCurious TravellerThe hotel is in a historic building and centrally located in Ghent. It is walkable to all major sightseeing destinations.
Our room has a beautiful view of St Nicholas Church, and the square in front.
The room was quite stylishly decorated with high ceiling but the. Shower and wash basin are on the upper level. Maybe inconvenient for some people. At least the toilet is on the same level as the entrance. My room was a bit small, only suitable to have two cabin size luggage opened at the same time.
Overall it is a lovely hotel and really added to our two days stay in Ghent.

JJamesGreat hotel in a great location! I was situated in the front of the hotel facing the street with beautiful views of Gent’s skyline.
Lots of cafes and restaurants just downstairs and in walking distance. There was also a lot of great shopping nearby. Standard retail that you could find in most cities and also interesting shops with handmade and unique products. Also walking distance to all the sights you want to see.
Although the room is small, it was comfy.

The employee on the first day told me that I had to pay for the ones in the refrigerator and the ones outside were free.
Check with the front desk again when you check out the next day (because you don’t want to be charged extra
But it turned out that there is a charge for items outside the refrigerator.

The front desk said that it is about 15-18 euros from the hotel to Ghent Station.
The taxi driver charged 20 (Uber checked it was 12-13)

GGuest UserThe room is large in size, and it may catch up with a large room of 30 square meters. It is comfortable, clean and tidy with heating. Each of the two single beds is 1.5 meters wide and the quality of sleep is very good. The bathroom is also large, and the shower and the bucket can be separated by two people to use the bathroom at the same time, which is very convenient. Holiday Inn Group Hotel is really great 👍

KkellywalkerAbsolutely Incredible I just can't deny I suppose to stay just 1 day, but the receptionist from Tunisia is SO KIND , INCREDIBLE HUMAN, she talk to me saying MY NAME I have been in MORE THAN 28 countries a lot of 5 stars hotels , NEVER EVER anyone calling MY NAME !!! She make me feel so important for that reason I paid 3 more days !
by the way LOCATION IS Amazing police station next door so VERY SAFETY hotel , very clean, BIG ROOMS much better than expected!!!

AAnonymous UserNo window opening is possible and the room is very warm. Air conditioning is all, even if it is in the indoor room. The air-conditioning does not even refresh the room, even at 16°. Parking is expensive and what a terrible ring to reach their parking. 1 departure from 3-armen missing and just ride around a quarter and try again. Who's signed the road plan there? All of it had a good seller!
Sorry for the hotel! A hotel very nice, all furnished, delicious tables, very good beds, professional staff.
I went there with the helicopter right away! ;)
