ShufuyouThis hotel, a former military barracks in Ghent, champions eco-friendliness and creativity! Just look at that bowl of wontons—can you believe this was made in a hotel restaurant in a medieval city in Belgium? Even Lao Gan Ma chili crisp is available at the front desk shop!
I particularly love the color scheme here: the blue feels so luxurious, and the pink is wonderfully vibrant!
The breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. I recommend booking a room with breakfast included; watching the people in the breakfast room feels like being back in college—it's a whole room full of young people, truly a hotel designed for a younger crowd.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-organized, and extremely comfortable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the overall freshness of the space. The location is excellent—convenient, accessible, and close to everything I needed, which made getting around the city very easy. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making the entire stay even more pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Nice hotel, right in the city center. Very accessible. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in, but our rooms were already clean, so we could get in right away, which was really great. When we checked out, we were also allowed to leave our luggage there to do some last-minute shopping before leaving. The breakfast had a good variety and was well-prepared.

ime, but our room was already prepared. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which I really appreciated! The location is great, not far from the railway station. The place is very clean, and I loved the soft mattress and pillows. The breakfast staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.”

The hotel's location is excellent, making transportation very convenient, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable layout. The soundproofing was great, so it was really quiet at night, allowing for an undisturbed rest. The front desk and service staff were all very warm and attentive, promptly responding to any requests with thoughtful and detailed service. Overall, the stay was a great experience with good value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel first for my next trip!

Guest UserThe hotel is situated in a beautiful location in the historic center of Ghent. We had a spacious room, which was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower lacked pressure, resulting in a weak stream.
The breakfast was fine, although the breakfast room is not very spacious.
The hotel bar was not busy, making it less inviting.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel; it is a great starting point for a weekend in Ghent.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the church bell tower and St. Michael's Bridge. The back exit leads directly to the graffiti street, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Dampoort train station. Although the room was a bit dated, it was clean, hygienic, and quiet. Our room faced the inner courtyard, offering a beautiful view!

Guest UserGenerally good location as it is right next to the train station (less than 5 minutes walk) and a 20 to 30 minutes walk from the hotel to the tourist spots in the city central (might be a bit of a walk for the elderly). Pretty average room with just a towel but you cant' complain for the price.
The only issue I had was what was mentioned by other visitors, the windows cannot be opened and you are not able to adjust the aircon settings. You will have to talk to the front counter to adjust your room temperature. However, even after adjusting aircon, the room was still stuffy.

yana unoIt was a beautiful hotel that used to be a monasteries. The hotel was quiet big which consist 7 different building. The bad thing is that our room are in second floor, and the lift does not reach every part of the building. Al we have to go with the stairs.

Guest UserIdeal location if you have an event at Flanders Expo. Easily accessible by public transport. Spacious, beautiful, and clean rooms with everything you could possibly need. The beds are wonderfully comfortable! The air conditioning cools perfectly, and the bathroom is super hygienic.
The staff are very friendly.
Highly recommended!
