GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-organized, and extremely comfortable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the overall freshness of the space. The location is excellent—convenient, accessible, and close to everything I needed, which made getting around the city very easy. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making the entire stay even more pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

MMR tuturUpon arrival, the welcome was a bit lacking, and I find the parking to be expensive at €19 per night. The bathroom is also a bit small. I'm not sure if I'll return.

GGrandBeanThis hotel, converted from an old military arsenal, is incredibly unique. If you're into architecture, you absolutely can't miss it. The rooftop bar is also super chill. I'll definitely come back next time.

LLennon7107The hotel was converted from a monastery built in the 13th century, so the environment is extremely comfortable and quiet. At first glance, it doesn't look like a hotel at all. It is more suitable for traveling alone or as a couple. The hotel staff are also very friendly. It is relatively close to the tram station, which can be reached in three to five minutes on foot. The only thing is that in the winter in Europe, the room is too cold. I asked the front desk for a heater to solve the problem. Other things are fine.

GGuest UserWell located for public transport to the station and to walk into town. Clean and quiet. A bit poky in size, even for a solo traveller. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, but a kettle was promptly provided on request. Very helpful, friendly staff.

GGuest UserIt was a beautiful hotel and the room is so spacious and nicely decorated. I enjoy my drink at the bar and rooftop too. It would be nice if there are some activities to do at this lovely hotel. Staff are friendly too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ghent.
