"My stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel."

"This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a bustling commercial district and a major transportation hub, making business travel incredibly convenient. The room was exquisitely decorated and spotless, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and superb soundproofing. There was no disruptive noise even late at night, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The facilities were thoughtfully equipped and complete; the high-speed WiFi and smart devices operated smoothly, and the toiletries were of superior quality, showing attention to detail.
The service was simply impeccable! From the efficient check-in process and patient guidance at the front desk, every staff member was warm and professional. Cynthia was particularly quick to respond to requests. The breakfast selection was rich and diverse, with a balanced mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious, catering to various tastes.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really nice. The lobby is very grand. The ladies at the check-in desk are very enthusiastic. They will proactively provide hot tea when it rains. I booked a room without windows but was proactively upgraded. The service is first-rate, the breakfast is good, nutritious and delicious, all home-cooked dishes, the restaurant staff is friendly and the wontons are delicious. The room has a very high ceiling, which is very spacious and comfortable to live in. There is also a check-in courtyard upstairs. The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh. It was a very good stay experience!

DDouniwanThe hotel is spacious and bright, smart appliances, the front desk service is very good, every time you go out, you have to ask if you need help, leave and help with luggage on the car, and welcome fruit. Breakfast is not too rich but we are enough. Easy to eat nearby, opposite Jinyang Lake Park, very big and beautiful, there is a market at the door in the morning, very lively. Hotel location is a bit biased, but Taiyuan is so big, taxi is very convenient

AAnonymous UserIt is indeed a Lavande Hotel. The front desk service is excellent. The location is also very good. It is convenient to go to the train station and Liuxiang. The room is very clean, with a faint lavender scent. There is also an air purifier and a sterilizer in the toilet. It feels like going home. Friends who come to Taiyuan, look for Lavande Hotel, you are right!

GGuest UserVisited Taiyuan during Chinese New Year. The facilities, amenities, and food were all excellent! However, the service, frankly, left a lot to be desired, and here's why:
1. I arrived at the hotel at 2 PM, only to find there were no rooms available for check-in! The front desk staff explained that members could check out at 4 PM. Fine, even if every guest checking out that day was a member, why does the hotel state check-in is at 3 PM?
2. Every time I wanted to use the parking lot, I had to report my car number to the front desk, which was extremely inconvenient.
3. I couldn't understand what the front desk staff were saying at all. It wasn't due to a dialect barrier, but rather that the staff spoke so softly, like mosquitoes. Such a grown man, yet so wishy-washy.

LLzzzzzzzzwMy stay here was perfect, completely relaxing and rejuvenating. I have to give a special shout-out to the incredibly thoughtful duty manager, Yoyo!
During peak check-in time, the line was quite long. I was tired from traveling with my luggage and feeling a bit irritable. Manager Yoyo calmly coordinated everything on site, proactively pacifying waiting guests, and swiftly redirecting traffic and expediting processes. She was organized, professional, and had a gentle demeanor. When it was my turn, her attitude was incredibly patient and meticulous. Her speaking pace was steady and soft, and she thoughtfully prioritized assigning me a quiet floor away from elevator noise. Her attention to detail was exceptional.
After checking in, I wasn't familiar with some of the room facilities. When I asked for help, Yoyo didn't hesitate or act dismissive. She patiently explained how to use everything and also kindly reminded me about local transportation, breakfast times, and parking precautions. Her answers were clear and comprehensive. When I had a small request later on, she responded promptly and handled it efficiently. Her problem-solving approach was confident and reassuring, making me feel completely secure.
Throughout my stay, I felt that Yoyo was not only skilled in her work but also had a top-notch service mindset. She treated guests with genuine warmth, never being perfunctory or rigid. She displayed the professional and rigorous management capabilities of a high-end hotel, combined with attentive and empathetic service. As a duty manager, her control over details, guest relations, and on-site coordination was impeccable. She earned my sincere admiration.
Whether a hotel is good or not, you can tell by its staff. Yoyo, with her professionalism and warm dedication, made the entire trip exceptionally comforting and peaceful. I will definitely choose this place first next time I visit and sincerely recommend it to my friends and family! I'm grateful to have met such a responsible and warm-hearted gem of a manager. She deserves full marks and a strong recommendation!

The check-in at the front desk was efficient and welcoming, the room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower water pressure and water temperature were stable. The hotel is located close to large shopping malls such as Wangfujing Maoye. It is convenient to travel and exceeds expectations overall. It is highly recommended! There is also a need to give a compliment to the service here! From check-in to check-out, every staff member is warm and thoughtful, and takes the initiative to help with luggage and answer questions. The room facilities are well maintained and clean and odorless. After encountering small problems, the response speed is very fast and the handling is proper. It makes people feel warm and at home.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near Maoye. There's a bus stop on the roadside, making taxis easy to get. There's also a free parking lot. The room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and helpful. They even offered free swimming and fitness classes. Bathing was also free, with a large, comfortable soaking pool.
