The room was incredibly spacious! I've never stayed in a Japanese hotel this large before. This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is quiet, peaceful, and the room was huge and super comfortable. I felt completely relaxed after sleeping here. The ocean view was lovely to gaze at, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The staff were also very attentive, making me feel as warm and welcome as if I were staying at a lovely holiday home. Breakfast was delicious too. It's definitely a place I'd love to visit again.

The hotel boasts a prime location in Onna Village, complete with its own convenient parking lot, making it incredibly easy to head north to Nago or east to Kin Town along the main coastal road. The rooms are spacious and feature a highly modern aesthetic. All room types are generously sized and thoughtfully equipped with a large refrigerator and kitchenware. The dining experience is equally impressive; dinner is a delightful à la carte main course paired with a semi-buffet, offering exquisitely prepared and delicious ingredients. Breakfast is abundant and varied, allowing you to savor a full island resort vibe as you dine. The rooftop features an infinity sky pool with breathtaking views. The exclusive lounge next to it is a hidden gem, offering complimentary snacks, freshly ground coffee, and a wide selection of alcoholic beverages during the afternoon. Sipping on a drink while overlooking the ocean provides the ultimate in luxurious relaxation!

A Forbes five-star luxury resort. All rooms feature extra-large sea view balconies, and the terrace bathtub offers stunning sunset views. The private beach and infinity pool are perfect for photos. Breakfast ingredients are fresh, and the service is meticulous, making it ideal for a relaxing, do-nothing vacation. Downsides: It's far from the city center, so renting a car for your entire stay is recommended. The resort grounds are relatively small with limited activities. The kids' club has age restrictions, so for children under three, there's not much to do besides playing in the pool.

Traveling as a family of four, we didn't specifically request extra beds, but we were pleasantly surprised upon entering the room – the hotel proactively arranged four beds for us. The sea view room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel pool is great for kids, very fun, with changing rooms, towels, and outdoor slippers provided, which was very thoughtful. We ate at the hotel's Japanese restaurant in the evening; the food was decent, but a bit pricey. It's also very convenient to walk from the hotel to restaurants on the main street. Definitely worth staying.

The hotel is about a five-minute drive from the beach, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful, especially the infinity pool. In the evenings, there's live music, making it perfect for a vacation. We booked an ocean suite, which was very spacious and had a balcony. The room was also exceptionally clean, and the welcome drinks in the fridge were delicious, as was the coffee. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. I'd recommend having a car if you stay here, as there aren't many good restaurants nearby, and driving makes getting around much easier.

Outstanding Family Resort Experience We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort to families visiting Okinawa. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our holiday memorable. One of the best decisions we made was purchasing the Savvy Club package. It offered excellent value through discounts on restaurants and activities, and an added bonus was that lunch and dinner were complimentary for children under 12. For families, this made a significant difference and enhanced the overall experience. The range of activities available was truly impressive. Beyond the usual water sports, there were opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and unique marine life programs. Our children especially loved the experiences with the sea turtles and dolphins, which became the highlight of the trip and created memories they will talk about for years to come. Swimming with the dolphins was particularly special and an experience we will never forget. Another standout feature was the indoor water park. It was a huge hit with our children and provided the perfect alternative when the weather was either rainy or simply too hot to be outdoors. Having such a high-quality indoor facility meant there was always something fun for the kids to do regardless of the conditions. What stood out most was the level of care shown by the staff. As we had a very early flight on our departure day, we informed the hotel that we would be checking out before breakfast service started. Without hesitation, they kindly prepared breakfast bento boxes for our family to take with us. It was a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel’s exceptional hospitality. From the facilities and activities to the outstanding service, this was one of our favourite family holidays. The children are already asking when we can come back, which says it all.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room was very spacious, and there were evening performances. The pool downstairs was also great, and my kids had a fantastic time. The food was good too. It was a perfect vacation!

The ultimate choice in Okinawa! Stunning beach, caves, and perfect family vibe Our second room was just as wonderful. If you are looking to stay on the main island of Okinawa without taking extra flights to outer islands like Ishigaki, this is hands down the best hotel for a family vacation with kids. What we absolutely loved: * Stunning beach and nature: The beach is perfect and super safe for children. There is an incredibly beautiful, winding path along the shore. The rocky coastline, scenic caves, and lush tropical plants make walking around a magical experience. * A winning hotel chain: We highly recommend combining your trip with their sister property. If you do travel to Ishigaki, stay at ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort—it is easily one of the finest hotels on that island. Both resorts represent the absolute top tier of hospitality. * Flawless service despite flight issues: Our only complaint about the entire trip goes to ANA Airlines, as our return flight to Tokyo was delayed by 8 hours, which was quite exhausting. However, this is strictly an airline issue. It has nothing to do with the hotels themselves and their wonderful, dedicated staff who did an impeccable job. The local Okinawans at the resort are the sweetest and most welcoming people. Between the brilliant service, incredible nature, and great facilities, this was a dream vacation!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with both highlights and a few drawbacks. The rooms were large, spacious, and comfortable, and the resort’s large pool was a standout feature. There were two more, one was an indoor pool and the other was a small pool where only the interior was clean enough to swim in. There was plenty of seating available around the large pool, making it easy to find a spot to relax. I also enjoyed the evening entertainment, which featured traditional music and cultural performances that created a fun atmosphere. In addition the staff were very friendly and approachable Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. While there were multiple breakfast locations, the selection was quite limited and felt underwhelming. It was also inconsistent between locations—only one restaurant had a cappuccino machine, while the others offered only regular hot coffee. The beach is not within walking distance, so you’ll need to take the resort shuttle to get there. The shuttle service was convenient and also provided access to a nearby convenience store. One thing to note is that beach umbrellas and lounge chairs are not included and must be rented separately. One minor downside was that the hallways occasionally had an unusual smell. Aside from that, the resort was well maintained, and the combination of spacious accommodations, the excellent pool, convenient shuttle service, and enjoyable evening entertainment made for an overall good stay.

The location is excellent! You can take a bus directly from DFS in Shintoshin, and it stops right at the hotel entrance. While the room facilities are a bit old, the rooms are very spacious, perfect for family trips. There's a commercial street downstairs with a Starbucks and an Okinawa specialty supermarket. Getting to the aquarium is also convenient, with a shuttle bus service available for round trips. After a full day out, you can easily find dinner downstairs, and there's even an ice cream truck! We really enjoyed our two-night stay.
