This hotel is perfect for a vacation. The room's blinds have a unique design, which unfortunately means they don't block out the morning sun, so if you like to sleep in, it's best to bring an eye mask. Also, the hotel is divided into two sections: Beach Wing and Sunset Wing. We stayed in the Beach Wing this time, and while our balcony overlooked the sea, the hallway outside our door faced a road, and we could hear cars speeding by at night. You'd think the hotel is far enough from the road that the noise wouldn't be that bad. However, the room's design, with a long corridor leading from the front door to the bedroom (past the closet and bathroom), acts as a natural sound amplifier. If we stay at this hotel again, we'll probably request to be in the Sunset Wing, where the noise might be a bit less.

stefanimumuThe hotel has a minimalist design. We were upgraded to a lagoon view room, and the water was beautiful on a good day. There are two small, enclosed beaches, but the sea was still quite cold in May. The two pools close early and apparently won't be open late until September. There are a few massage hot spring pools which are quite comfortable. For breakfast, sometimes you have to get a number and wait for a table. The French toast with cream and jam was super delicious, the bread was so soft it melted in your mouth. The pudding bread was also good. Overall, the desserts and bread were outstanding. The dishes varied daily. On the first day, there was freshly grilled steak, and the bitter melon scrambled eggs were very tasty. On the second day, there was Agu pork hotpot.

This is a family-friendly hotel. The view from the room's balcony was absolutely amazing, and the hotel's beach and pool were also fantastic. We booked a twin room, and even though we were 2 adults and 2 children, the hotel thoughtfully added two more beds for us, making it four in total. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores right outside the hotel, and the location is very convenient. I was charged 500 JPY for parking.

Guest UserThis development consists of a hotel, a condominium and an annex building; my booking was in the condominium and it was a large one bedroom, one tatami space with a kitchen, one powder room , one bathroom plus another toilet. There was also a walk in closet area by the entrance. The hotel building and the condominium building had similar facing—sea view from living room and golf course view from the entrance. In the condominium you have a washing machine and laundry liquid provided but people in the hotel can use laundry facilities on the second floor. Lots of restaurants nearby. What a great place to stay!!

1. Hotel services: Free parking. After check-in, they'll transport your luggage and guests with a cart, and they'll even come pick you up on request. Okinawa, but Hawaii? A place to enjoy the natural beauty.
2. Amenities: It seems like everything in the area is Okuma-tang. You'll need a car for anything other than lodging. (We were the only Koreans we saw, and it seemed like there were a lot of Japanese families traveling.) If you come in the summer, you'll be able to enjoy the private beach right in front.
3. Meals: While the selection isn't extensive, we had a filling meal with the Japanese kimbap(?) they make for us and the rest of the food.

HofamilyOutstanding Family Resort Experience
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort to families visiting Okinawa.
The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our holiday memorable.
One of the best decisions we made was purchasing the Savvy Club package. It offered excellent value through discounts on restaurants and activities, and an added bonus was that lunch and dinner were complimentary for children under 12. For families, this made a significant difference and enhanced the overall experience.
The range of activities available was truly impressive. Beyond the usual water sports, there were opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and unique marine life programs. Our children especially loved the experiences with the sea turtles and dolphins, which became the highlight of the trip and created memories they will talk about for years to come. Swimming with the dolphins was particularly special and an experience we will never forget.
Another standout feature was the indoor water park. It was a huge hit with our children and provided the perfect alternative when the weather was either rainy or simply too hot to be outdoors. Having such a high-quality indoor facility meant there was always something fun for the kids to do regardless of the conditions.
What stood out most was the level of care shown by the staff. As we had a very early flight on our departure day, we informed the hotel that we would be checking out before breakfast service started. Without hesitation, they kindly prepared breakfast bento boxes for our family to take with us. It was a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel’s exceptional hospitality.
From the facilities and activities to the outstanding service, this was one of our favourite family holidays. The children are already asking when we can come back, which says it all.

Miss AlexThe structure of the hotel is old, but the rooms have been updated and were very comfortable and new. I absolutely loved the retro charm of the place and the common areas such as the atrium pool and inside courtyard area were beautiful spaces. What the marketing doesn’t show is the vast open spaces at this hotel, the stunning landscaped gardens and the art-spaces such as artist in residence and exhibition space. I was blown away by this and enjoy a fantastic painting workshop with the artist who focuses on the local flora and fauna of Okinawa.
The best point about this hotel is the staff. They are all incredibly lovely. Lisa and another lady name starting with H on front desk especially were so amazing, very helpful!
One night there was an error with our dinner and the chef personally came to apologise. He replaced our meal with a local menu which was incredible and after eating he said the bill was on him as a gesture of apology. I was truly touched by this gesture of kindness.
Areas for improvement: the kitchen being closed outside of designated times. If you want food at 10am for example, no chance. Also nowhere to buy drinks near the pool and beach. Food options are not great and the buffet is really mediocre.
Also, I would expect their approach to sustainability to be better on an island like this. There is an overuse of plastic, especially single use such as straws and each tiny piece of cake at the buffet being individually wrapped. Really no need for that. I do worry where all this plastic is going.
Beach is smaller than it looks. Can’t swim, very shallow full of seaweed and dead coral. Very quiet. Very strict lifeguard: no throwing a ball, no jumping, splashing, laughing it seems. We were using an empty bottle to collect water and build a sandcastle -he removed it. No standing on inflatables. No swimming outside of the fenced off area. From what I’ve seen this is an island-wide thing though, not limited to here.
Local area: really not much to see and do outside of the hotel.

I saw reviews mentioning the North Building being older, but my stay there this time completely changed my mind. The facilities are well-maintained, and the room was quite spacious, with plenty of room in the bathroom, bedroom, and balcony!
The breakfast selection was relatively limited, and the dishes didn't change much over my two-day stay, but it was acceptable.
The hotel is very close to the beach; you step right out onto it, and the sea view is perfect. The water is clear, and the swimming area is open until 5:30 PM, after which swimming is not allowed. To use amenities like beach chairs, golf, water kayaking, and the sauna (seven or eight items in total), you need to purchase a pass at check-in, which then grants free use. Other water activities like snorkeling require an extra fee (you can rent life jackets, goggles, and snorkels to snorkel independently in the hotel's sea area, and there are quite a few small fish near the reefs).
Notably, the hotel's seaside boardwalk is beautiful! Few people venture there, especially at sunset, when the scenery is absolutely stunning.
The maga zip line charges hotel guests the same as other visitors, which is interesting. It's definitely worth trying.

7D7A7N7The ultimate choice in Okinawa! Stunning beach, caves, and perfect family vibe
Our second room was just as wonderful. If you are looking to stay on the main island of Okinawa without taking extra flights to outer islands like Ishigaki, this is hands down the best hotel for a family vacation with kids.
What we absolutely loved:
* Stunning beach and nature: The beach is perfect and super safe for children. There is an incredibly beautiful, winding path along the shore. The rocky coastline, scenic caves, and lush tropical plants make walking around a magical experience.
* A winning hotel chain: We highly recommend combining your trip with their sister property. If you do travel to Ishigaki, stay at ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort—it is easily one of the finest hotels on that island. Both resorts represent the absolute top tier of hospitality.
* Flawless service despite flight issues: Our only complaint about the entire trip goes to ANA Airlines, as our return flight to Tokyo was delayed by 8 hours, which was quite exhausting. However, this is strictly an airline issue. It has nothing to do with the hotels themselves and their wonderful, dedicated staff who did an impeccable job.
The local Okinawans at the resort are the sweetest and most welcoming people. Between the brilliant service, incredible nature, and great facilities, this was a dream vacation!

Guest UserNothing to complain about if you choose this location. Nothing much area. Good for stopover and free car park. Surprise the car park is almost full even with a big carpark.
Room: Mine is quite dated but clean. Come with a balcony with partial sea view.
Amenity: You can pick up toothbrush and shaver at the check in lobby.
Swimming pool is nice. 2 bath house to choose. I choose one at the Seaview tower building since I am staying there.
Some shop in the hotel.
Breakfast is adequate. Nothing fantastic to shout about. I go early. I see a long queue when I finished my breakfast
Overall: value for money. 20 min from Naga town.
