I highly recommend Vientiane Hotel! I was so lucky to stay in such a comfortable hotel during my trip to Vientiane. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. It's a suitable distance to That Luang, Patuxay, and the Mekong Riverside Night Market. As soon as I arrived at the lobby, I felt the clean and comfortable environment. The staff were friendly and warm, proactively offering travel suggestions. The room itself was clean and fresh, with thoughtful attention to detail. The furniture and facilities were well-maintained. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and provided great relief after a busy day of sightseeing. The bathroom amenities were complete, and the water pressure was stable, making for a very good washing experience. The room had excellent natural light and an open view, ensuring maximum comfort for daily living. The public areas were clean and tidy, with a quiet overall atmosphere, not noisy or chaotic. It's suitable for both solo travelers and friends traveling together. The hotel's price is reasonable and offers great value for money. From the environment and hygiene to the hardware facilities and staff service, there were almost no shortcomings. This trip was made much better by the comfortable accommodation. If I visit Vientiane again, I will definitely stay at Vientiane Hotel!

This hotel is truly valued for money. They have five star service with staff helping u with your luggage as you check in and in the midst of our Stay they sent in fruit platter as well.

I stayed here with my 2-year-and-6-month-old son and my younger brother. The staff provided us with excellent service. We were welcomed with a welcome drink, and there was a shuttle service to nearby tourist attractions such as Patuxai and Pha That Luang in Vientiane. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff paid great attention to our requests and took very good care of us throughout our stay.

Front staffs on check in are good. The hotel’s air conditioning must be improve. A nightmare in this hotel is no electricity for over an hour without generating Support.

My stay here was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Manager Liao for their thoughtful and attentive assistance; they were efficient and reliable. The hotel's environment is clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. Plus, it boasts a prime, expansive view of the Mekong River. It's truly suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I genuinely recommend it!

The room was clean, but the breakfast selection was quite limited, mostly catering to Chinese guests.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! They have so many facilities and services, including KTV, and a wide range of entertainment options. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, are incredibly friendly and helpful. They speak both Chinese and Lao, and even proactively helped us by explaining the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The location is great too, right inside the Sanjiang China Commercial City. Plus, they offer free airport shuttle service, and the cleanliness is impeccable.

Hotel near my relatives location. Thank you for the upgrade to VIP room🙏. Hotel could be better if maintenance and service is more professional. We booked 2 nights for a deluxe double room and got upgraded to a vip room 😊. The room was spacious but we were disappointed because the room was not clean… table, floor was dirty… the swimming pool can not use… basically we didn’t expect much but were disappointed still😅

Breakfast only consisted of two eggs, two slices of toast, and a sweet coffee. While it was advertised as included in the room rate, the quality was far below expectations. Very disappointing.
