DDiane JaramilloH Hotel El Nido was a perfect stay! The staff went above and beyond, especially Sky, to make sure our stay was restful and that we had a great experience. They helped us arrange a private speed boat island hoping tour which was amazing. The food at Verde, their attached restaurant, was delicious. The bar upstairs had a great view of the bay and was a wonderful place to wind down with a cocktail. Everything was walkable from this location. So may great little shops, coffee places, and other places to dine nearby. If you want to go further a tuk tuk is easy to grab to head to another beach. We had a room with a sea view. It was modern, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also you get a discount at the excellent massage place next door for staying at this hotel. The hotel arranged a free pick up and transport from the El Nido airport too! Highly recommend …. Just book this place now! Look no further!

The rooms near the swimming pool are very comfortable and well equipped with a big bathroom and all the products needed.The restaurant has dishes from French cuisine which are delicious. However, its location is a bit isolated in the city, and you would need a rented car or motorbike in order to move independently. The beach is only accessible through another Resort on the coast. Some tours near Puerto Princesa are available and Carpe Diem can be a good base between your trips.

KKaliannaThe resort was on an isolated island. Took 20-min car ride from the airport and 45-min boat ride from the port to the island. Our room was supposed to be ocean view, just right behind the sunrise villas. Unfortunately, the trees have grown high & hardly can we see the ocean. So best to go to the beach and enjoy the sceneries there. Not worth paying extra, unless it's sunset villa. Breakfast was acceptable, but in-room dining service need improvement. Especially, the cleaning up part. The swimming pool is under maintenance and I thought seafood & sashimi would be good, but nope, which is a bit extra disappointing. However, the general experience was good since the staffs are very nice and polite. We received different types of local snacks daily and turned out the kitchen made Filipinos food better than international ones. For morning hiking to Eagle Point, it's not really worth it, unless you have a drone to have 360-degree view. Intended to rate 3.8/5, but I got to see the sea turtle so 4/5 ~

The pool was under construction but they arranged for us to go swim on Miniloc island which was stunning. The breakfast staff was just as friendly and the food was just absolutely stunning. We will definitely going back to this island as it’s close to restaurants and has a swimmable beach. I would, however, recommend to go into El Nido town to book snorkeling and island hopping tours. It’s was such a great experience. I strongly recommend this place

__M1381886****The hotel is located on a small road, about a 15-20 minute walk from the busiest street. It's a short distance from Zuri. I've stayed at both and each has its pros and cons. The view is still good, and breakfast is decent. The Wi-Fi is mediocre and disconnects frequently. It has its own pier, which is great for watching the sunset. However, it's easy to accidentally end up in a room near the chicken coops; those chickens really crow day and night. I asked the front desk if I could change rooms, but they said they were fully booked. Luckily, Trip.com was very helpful and arranged a room a bit further away, so I finally didn't have to listen to chickens crowing in the middle of the night.

GGuest UserMantiloc resort is a paradise. If you are looking for a relaxing time in a unique spot this place is for you. The staff are so kind and helpful, they make it an amazing stay. The half day boat trip is also well worth it and one of the best parts of our trip.
The menu could do with being expanded, with more vegetarian and vegan options. Also a barista coffee option would make it perfect., though a nespresso machine was a available upon request

GGuest UserDuring checkout, my card was charged twice for the same amount for food and spa services. While one charge was eventually refunded, the process was slow and resulted in a financial discrepancy due to currency and card fees.
More concerning was the lack of timely and clear communication from the hotel when I followed up multiple times to resolve the issue. The matter required significant effort on my side.

KKenDucsWe recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced in Palawan. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions. However, there was some noise from a nearby bar late at night. It wasn't too distracting for me, especially on the higher floors, so I recommend requesting one of those if you’re sensitive to sound.
The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust.
Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing.
One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!

GGiorgiabgulReally nice resort only 10min away from the port by Tuc Tuc. The room very clean and with all the essentials for the staying. My room wasn’t exactly view on the pool as expected so I would have to say a little bit overpriced. Nice breakfast. They arranged me an half day tour of the main spots in Coron and they were really flexible. The only thing that often happens to me travelling solo is that at pool bar for lunch I asked half portion of a serving because it was meant to be for 2/3 people (in the Philippines they often have family sharing portions) but they said it wasn’t possible that they could serve me half portion but the price would’ve been the same and I found that annoying. Other than that they offer shuttle bus to the airport and everything else was as good as in the pictures!

The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.
