This accommodation never fails to suffice my needs. Though I had issue with AC at frist, the owner made sure that it will be fixed in the soonest possible time. He's very kind and accommodating. He attends to my needs without any hesitations. It's really good because I got for beds, so i invited the family to visit me sincw I was alone. Very clean place.. They have kitchen so you can cook They have complete cookwares and utensils. The toilet is clean provided with basic amenities like shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, clean towels, etc. I loved my stay and definitely will come back

I stayed at Okada Manila from February 21 to 24, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities of the hotel were impressive. During my stay, my travel companion lost an Apple AirPods Max shortly before check‑out and we thought it was impossible to get it back. The security team, especially Supervisor Arnold, worked very hard to help us and finally returned the headphones to us safely, which made us feel very grateful and impressed by their professionalism. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of in this hotel, and I would be happy to stay at Okada Manila again and recommend it to other travelers.

This place is great. Beautiful interior design. Great location and view. Amenities are great big swimming pool for free usage and free one Parking. Great for my family stay Host Gordon and Mary are perfect. Will come back again

The location is near to SM, TLC park. But if going to other places, need to take Grab, not easy to have Grab drivers take orders, and very serious traffic jam on the residence entrance main road. Only wave swimming pool can be provided. Just pay attention to Gym and swimming pool are not provided to visitors only.

The hotel was easy to find, it is better to travel with a car, the hotel has a lot of parking and is spacious. It is also not in walking distance to malls and wstablishments frequented in the area like Mall Of Asia, Ayala Malls by the bay, Okada, Solaire, etc. We went there for a concert and we have a lot of space to prepare as the rooms are very spacious. There are no microwave or fridge in the room but it didnt affect our stay as we opted to explore the food scene in the area. We are traveling with our pet cat too. They are pet friendly hotel.

Here's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

Second stay, different unit in Phase 1—and still an amazing experience! We truly enjoyed our time again. Just a small note: compared to our previous 2-bedroom stay, the kitchen utensils were more complete and had bigger pots and pans. We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Its spacious enough for us to have a great stay Thank you

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
