My wife chose this newly opened hotel, supposedly the same one as in the Maldives! After experiencing it, I can't stop raving about it! Highly recommend!! Room: The room we stayed in was super spacious. Waking up in the morning and drawing back the curtains revealed a stunning sea view. It was so relaxing just walking out into the yard. Food: We booked three meals a day. During our 2-night stay on the island, we were able to order different dishes for each meal, and they were all truly delicious! Activities: They offer free childcare, so adults can enjoy activities like paddleboarding. You can also pay extra to charter a boat for island hopping. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I really didn't want to leave. If I were to stay again, I'd book at least three days. Watching the sunset and moonrise here is truly breathtaking! 🤩

I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it! As a Ctrip Gold Diamond member, I'm quite good at choosing rooms! All the drinks and snacks in the room are complimentary! They even provide extra bottles of water! The breakfast quality is excellent, super delicious, even better than the Holiday Inn next door! I'll definitely stay here again next time. Service: The service here is fantastic, the staff are all very nice and always smiling. Facilities: The pools are great for swimming, there are several, and even a slide, which the kids absolutely loved. The massages are also very good and not expensive, and the therapists are skilled. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean. Even the trash cans are spotless, with no hidden dirty spots. The management is very professional. Although the room is a bit older, it's very clean and comfortable!

My stay at Amarin Vogue Krabi was nothing short of exceptional. From arrival, the level of service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and delivered with genuine care. I sincerely appreciate the thoughtful room upgrade, which elevated the entire experience. Waking up to a stunning panoramic beach view was truly unforgettable — peaceful, breathtaking, and perfectly curated for a luxurious escape. The dining experience was equally impressive, with refined flavors and consistently high-quality dishes. Every detail was handled with excellence. A truly outstanding property that I would highly recommend, and I look forward to returning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Stay at Sofitel Krabi We have had the most wonderful stay at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic. The resort itself is beautiful — peaceful, luxurious and surrounded by stunning scenery. The grounds are immaculate, the swimming pool is incredible, and there is such a relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. It really feels like a true escape. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone we have encountered has been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The service has genuinely made such a difference. Our room was lovely, comfortable and spacious, and the whole resort is exceptionally clean and well maintained. There is a real attention to detail that you would expect from Sofitel. The breakfast is also excellent, with a great choice of food and something for everyone. However, there were not many vegetarian options available, so it would be wonderful to see a wider selection of vegetarian dishes. This is only a small point, though, and certainly didn’t spoil our stay. Overall, we have absolutely loved our time here. Sofitel Krabi is a beautiful resort with wonderful staff, excellent facilities and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. We would happily return and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Krabi. We stayed here for our honeymoon. I mentioned it beforehand, and they decorated the bed for a honeymoon event, though there was no room upgrade. The location is about a 15-minute walk from Ao Nang Beach. It's not super close. The shuttle bus only runs 3-4 times a day, so we mostly walked. However, many tours depart from Ao Nang, so the overall location wasn't bad. There are many Indian and Muslim guests. Perhaps because of this, the breakfast and hotel food seemed to cater to their tastes. The Pad Thai at the hotel's Da Vino restaurant is truly delicious, so you must try it. However, the food takes a very long time to arrive. The prices are also a bit high; we ate there twice, and it cost 1,200 baht and 1,800 baht. Upon check-in, they offer orange juice as a welcome drink. The female staff member at the front desk with long black hair tied in a low ponytail was incredibly friendly and proactive, which left a lasting impression. She seemed to work with a real sense of dedication. The room is small. It's not large and the facilities are more akin to a 4-star rather than a 5-star hotel. The finishing touches and bathroom seemed a bit lacking. The bed was comfortable. Sandals and pool towels are provided. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and shower caps are simple. The hand wash is a bit far from the sink, which is an odd design. Crucially, the Wi-Fi worked well on my phone but I couldn't connect my laptop, which was inconvenient. On our last day, after checking out, we visited Railay Beach. The hotel has separate shower rooms in the lobby, so we could shower even after checking out. I think this is a really big advantage of this hotel. Also, a staff member named Mu was very kind. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would stay here again if I came back. There are many other better places. However, for a one-time experience, I think it's good.

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach by IHG, staying on a room package that included breakfast for five days. Overall, we had a lovely stay, but there were a few things worth sharing—especially for fellow Muslim travellers. We had assumed the breakfast buffet would be fully halal-friendly. While there were halal options available, pork was also served, so do keep that in mind if that’s important to you. The biggest frustration was the breakfast package itself. Although we had prepaid for all five days, the hotel had no record of it. Every single morning we had to explain that breakfast was included, which became quite irritating. Thankfully, after raising the issue for the third time, the team finally resolved it. As a kind gesture, they treated us to drinks at one of their restaurants, which we appreciated. A special anniversary touch was also a little confusing. Mr. Yah mentioned that a small cake would be delivered to our room, but it never arrived. On our final day, we received a brownie instead—perhaps that was the “small cake” he was referring to. That said, we absolutely loved the beautiful welcome message arranged on our bed when we arrived. It made us feel very special. Our daughter, Ava, had the best time! She absolutely loved the Kids Club and the mini water park, which kept her entertained for hours and made the holiday even more enjoyable for the whole family. The resort’s layout took a little getting used to. It’s spread across multiple levels, so navigating around was slightly confusing on the first day. After that, it became much easier. However, families with strollers or anyone with mobility challenges should be aware that moving between the different levels can be a bit of a challenge. Despite a few hiccups, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and tried to make things right when issues were raised, and the resort offers a great atmosphere for families. With a few improvements in communication and record-keeping, the experience would have been even better.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so it's ideal if you have a rental car. Otherwise, there's not much dining available within a 5km radius. The hotel facilities are also quite old; the air conditioning is too noisy and doesn't cool very well. However, the hotel boasts its own private beach, and the scenery there is absolutely stunning. The best part is that there aren't many guests, which creates a wonderful, relaxed holiday vibe. The staff are also very enthusiastic and provide great service. Each child's breakfast costs 350 Thai Baht per day, which feels a bit expensive, as the breakfast selection isn't extensive and is quite ordinary. The breathtaking beach views and the quiet, uncrowded atmosphere make it well worth it!

We booked two rooms and were surprised to find that both had twin beds. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, we had expected at least one room with a king bed. We asked the front desk if it was possible to change one of the rooms, but they told us the hotel was fully booked. We visited during the low season and Krabi seemed very quiet, so we couldn’t help but wonder if there were truly no rooms available. Unfortunately, the mattresses in both rooms were very worn out. They were sagging in the middle and didn’t provide much support, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep. The shower was the biggest disappointment. It took around 15 minutes for the hot water to come through, which felt like a huge waste of water. The water pressure was also very low. That said, the hotel does have some great qualities. The infinity pool is beautiful and offers stunning views. We also loved the overall atmosphere—it has a charming boutique style with a warm wooden design that feels cozy and relaxing. The location is another highlight. It’s convenient and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential because of its beautiful setting and great location, but improving the beds and hot water system would make a big difference to the guest experience.

Overall, it's good, but I have to deduct points for the staff's service. I also work in a hotel. My male friend and I came here for a vacation, thinking this place was good. That night, we came back from outside a little past midnight, about to enter the hotel to rest. A large, female staff member spoke to us in a tone that was inappropriate for guests. She asked which room we were in. We told her the room number. Then she asked if we had an ID. We said we had a reservation. She just replied, ”Oh,” and walked away without apologizing. I told my friend, and he said it was very rude. I wasn't okay with it because I also work in customer service. I treat my customers well because I expect to receive good service from staff as well. I want to say that no matter who the customer is, you are a service staff member, and your words have an impact. We didn't report it to the front desk because we were in a hurry to check out and go somewhere else. Everything else was fine, but if I were to stay here again, I'd pass for now.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a huge, green territory and two incredibly clean swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Everything you need is nearby: cafes, bars, restaurants, and a 7/11 convenience store. I liked it so much that I extended my stay for another week. I highly recommend it to everyone. It's one of the best hotels in Krabi. 👍👍👍
