From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations. The resort is absolutely beautiful, our room was stunning, and waking up each morning to watch the sunrise from our private pool was an experience we’ll never forget. It felt like the perfect escape from city life. What really sets this resort apart, however, is the incredible staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. A special thank you to Tom Cruise, one of our buggy drivers, who always greeted us with such kindness and made us feel so welcome. We were genuinely disappointed that we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye before we left. I also have a nut allergy, and the level of care the team showed was exceptional. They provided me with an allergy card to present at restaurants, and when they made a reservation for us at the neighbouring resort, they had already informed the restaurant about my allergy. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel safe and well looked after. This is true five-star hospitality. Thoughtful, attentive, and effortless from start to finish. We’ve had nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Absolute Aesthetic Delight! This hotel is a true discovery, love at first sight, and pure hospitality magic! I travel a lot, but the level of care, aesthetics, and comfort here exceeded all my expectations. The soul of this hotel is its people. I have not met such sincere warmth, care, delicacy, and highest professionalism in a long time. The staff does everything to make you feel like the most welcome and special guest. Thank you so much for this feeling of care at every step! I am leaving with an incredible sense of gratitude and feeling absolutely happy. I am already planning my next trip here, but definitely with my whole family—this place is designed to be shared with loved ones. 10 out of 10!

Great location, good vibes, and very helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay overall. The only downsides were that the hotel has no elevator, so I climb up to the third floor, and the power supply seemed a bit unstable as the electricity tripped when I used a charger and hair dryer at the same time. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I would happily return. A great place for surfers! 🏄♀️

Wonderful hotel! It truly 'exceeded expectations'. The only downside is that it's quite a long drive from the airport (an hour and a half). This place is fantastic for kids; the kids' club is superb! The infinity pools are endless, clean, and well-maintained... The gardens along the 'lazy river' are beautifully kept, you could swim for days and enjoy nature. Breakfast was delightful with its variety, an abundance of fresh tropical fruits, fresh juices, cheeses, and delicious pastries. Thank you for the excellent service!

This new, luxurious hotel begins with a very friendly staff. We were checked in early, and our room was ready, which was unexpectedly pleasant after a long journey. But most importantly, the hotel offers a huge variety of children's activities. Children and parents can truly enjoy their stay. I also would like to mention the well-equipped gym and large rock climbing wall.

Overall a small excellent hotel. Very welcoming staff. Interesting breakfasts. A stunning orange fridge and magnificent coffee. Very striking the presence of a full refrigerator with a freezer. The room is equipped with a toilet machine. Our rest was a little corrupted by the following: The dirty ceramic floor in the room. Plastic glasses and fuses. There was no jacuzzi in our room and no hot water. No one solved this problem during the stay.

The rooms are spacious, the service is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality options. The beach was quiet and mostly deserted, and there weren't many people at the pool since it was the off-season. Even though it was the rainy season, we had sunny weather every day. I would definitely stay here again.

Le Meridien Khaolak Being a Marriott chain hotel, it accepts Bonvoy, and I was impressed with every service. The front desk staff provided excellent recommendations for the hotel's facilities and activities. I participated in the morning bicycling tour to the Moken village, which had a lovely atmosphere despite some rain. The room was beautifully decorated with complete amenities. The bathroom was spacious and airy, with clear separate zones and a bathtub. Breakfast could get crowded and chaotic if you went after 8:00 AM. The food taste was average, but the staff provided excellent service, even mixing drinks for guests. The facilities are comprehensive. From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, there's a happy hour for cocktails by the sea, and the bakery offers a 50% discount. Overall, I was very impressed. As a Bonvoy member, I also received a late checkout. I will definitely return again if I have the opportunity.

The pool is beautiful and the location is very convenient. However, there was a musty smell in the room, and the outlets were very difficult to use – hard to plug things in. Also, the room cleaning was terrible; on the first day, the floor was sandy. The second day was even worse; housekeeping didn't even bother to take the used towels. Also, a suggestion: do you ever change those decorative pillows? They absolutely reek.

Khaolak Wanaburee Resort is an ideal place for those who appreciate nature, comfort, and tranquility. Pros: The hotel boasts a large, well-maintained area with a beautiful landscape design. It has everything: direct beach access, a picturesque stream, and even a lake. The rooms are very clean, modern, and truly meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. Daily housekeeping ensures impeccable cleanliness. The charming bridges connecting different parts of the property add a special touch. Walking across them feels like being in untouched jungles. The beach is well-equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, and there’s a cozy beachside café nearby where you can have lunch or dinner while enjoying the sea view. The resort’s territory is full of life: you’ll see many butterflies and even friendly monitor lizards wandering around, adding to the tropical paradise vibe. Cons: Breakfasts could be more varied, especially in terms of fresh pastries. Good to know: The nearest 7/11 or town café is about a 15-minute walk away (there’s a sidewalk). If you prefer not to walk, a taxi costs 100 baht. The closest self-service laundry is a 15-minute drive away (400 baht). Overall, Khaolak Wanaburee Resort is a perfect choice for those looking to relax in harmony with nature while enjoying comfort and quality service. Highly recommended!
