Facilities: The hotel's most attractive features are the water park and theme park, enough to keep kids entertained for a week. Even during the Easter holiday, there were hardly any queues for any of the attractions, making for a fantastic experience. Some of the video game equipment was broken and needed repair or replacement. However, the rooms were exceptionally well-maintained; the carpets and sofas were spotless, unlike many hotels that have been open for years. The cleanliness was outstanding, giving both children and adults peace of mind. Cleanliness: The most commendable aspect was the impeccable cleaning of the rooms, carpets, and sofas. The bedding was comfortable, and the towels were of good quality. Environment: The hotel offers shopping, leisure, and entertainment options, truly providing a one-stop service for travelers. Service: The service was standard; nothing particularly outstanding or bad.

Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.

Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Спасибо ❤️

I want to share my impressions of our magical vacation at the Xanadu Resort Hotel in Belek. We have a lot to compare it to (we've traveled extensively), and I can confidently say: this was truly a heavenly, top-tier vacation. Everything was wonderful — from check-in to check-out. I'd especially like to highlight: it was spotlessly clean everywhere, the grounds are huge, green, and meticulously maintained. Thanks to this, it never felt crowded — you could always find a secluded spot for a peaceful rest. The food was a separate delight. Everything was very exquisite, the ingredients were high-quality and fresh, and there was a huge selection of dishes — from confectionery masterpieces to hot meals. The assortment was so wide that we couldn't even try 10% of it during our entire stay. In every corner of the hotel, you could feel the staff's care. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and ready to help. Special thanks to the front desk staff (unfortunately, I didn't catch their names, but they were very warm and professional people) — they welcomed us warmly and promptly resolved all our check-in issues. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and flawless vacation. We will definitely be back with the whole family, all of us!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

I recently stayed at Innvista Hotel Belek during the winter season, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any requests. We were in this hotel two years ago and this year we went again without thinking. The territory is huge, well-thought-out, clean. Pine trees and a walk with classical music are just Wow!!! Probably the only thing that made me happy this year. Since the hotel is working the last week before closing, everyone was apparently working on their last breath.. they put us in palace rooms in the main building, a normal room, with a sea view. The service has gone down a bit. The food is kind of monotonous, but tasty. It's like they water down the alcohol or something. They didn't pour what we asked for. Or they pretended not to understand what we were asking for. The beach is dirty, there is everything in the sand. The beach strip is wide and the entrance is shallow. The service in the beach bars was already reluctant. The light on the ceiling in the bathroom didn't work, no one came in 2 days and didn't fix it, the maid didn't give a damn, she didn't change the towels even once in 2 days, she saw about the light and didn't raise the alarm either. It's a shame that the staff treats us like that... this is what the hotel service consists of, for which we pay money, mind you! At the reception they said that the hotel was bought by a new owner and might change its name next year...

We spent a long time deliberating and choosing a hotel in Turkey, watching video reviews on YouTube and Instagram. We finally settled on The X Belek. Our priorities were an all-inclusive, 5-star hotel within our budget. This place is magnificent, with clean rooms and a freshly renovated hotel. The rooms themselves are excellent, fresh, and modern. In terms of food and drinks, the hotel offers 2-3 daytime bars and one 24-hour bar in the lobby. The food is delicious, with several options including both traditional and European cuisine. If this is your first time visiting Turkey and you're looking for an all-inclusive hotel, this option is one of the best for value for money. Even for the price, the service, food, alcohol, entertainment, and private beach feel like a gift ❤️. I definitely recommend it! The hotel is more family-oriented than a party spot. It provides a separate, large area with its own cafe-bar, Starbucks, and pool for guests without children. (It's quiet, peaceful, and the 'red pool' is located specifically in the 16+ zone).

The hotel generally liked. There were few tourists, so quiet, service at the level. I liked the kitchen and drinks. Visited the spa zone, everything is excellent, the only thing it is necessary to correctly adjust the temperature in the pools , the first time was cool , then too warm. When checking, they refused to comply with the trip.com agreements, it put their fingerprint, when free rooms were refused to increase the room class. Bed large was missing , instead two small, eventually they drove away despite the information from the hotel. Also there were places of cosmetic repair in the lobby. , repair work was carried out. The guest support service needs to be more attentive and diplomatic with guests.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Everything was incredibly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged. I was traveling with my child, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to families. The kids club was fantastic, running from 9 AM to 11 PM, which made our stay so much more relaxing. The magic show was absolutely amazing — even I couldn’t figure out how the magician did it! There were also great activities like paddle boarding. A special thank you to Bayram Bey at reception for helping me get a room in the main building, and to Ali Rıza Bey for assisting us with the shuttle to the kids club. Their kindness made a big difference. The food was delicious, and having a heated pool was a huge bonus. We had an unforgettable holiday and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families!
