"It's a calm and quiet hotel, the rooms and linens are clean. The room was on the road side but the noise wasn't an issue, the curtains were thick and light-blocking so I wasn't woken up by the morning sun, it was a comfortable hotel, thank you."

"I would like to recommend this hostel for foreigners. The owner is very kind and very helpful for foreigners. You can use microwaves at shared place. Decorations are so interesting you can use the pot for hot water. Thank you so much."

"Lovely hotel right in the middle of Lijiang Ancient Town! It took quite a bit of walking to find the place but the owner was very nice to find us at the main road and carried our luggages to the hotel down the stairs and back when we were checking out! He also gave us lots of recommendations of good food and places to visit which made our trip much more enjoyable! Our only issue was the tour we booked for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Tour with the hotel. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but more of the driver, but we received no information about the tour until the day before at 9pm with news to prepare to be picked up at 5.20am, which was a bit last minute. We were only given the vital information about the tour at the location itself and the driver had a thick accent which made it hard for us non-locals to understand him. Otherwise, the hotel made booking the tickets and driver very simple and they also provided oxygen canisters for the high altitudes. Overall, yes to the hotel! Would come again if I were to find myself in Lijiang again :)"

"Although it is not located inside the Lijiang Ancient Town, it is located right next to it, creating a quiet atmosphere unlike the bustling ancient town. It is convenient to walk to the center of the ancient town and famous tourist attractions. And there is a bus stop right nearby where buses arriving from Tiger Leaping Gorge stop, and it is easy to get on/off at the nearby bus stop for Bus No. 101, which heads to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, a representative tourist attraction in Lijiang. I am satisfied with the reasonable accommodation price, the friendly owner and staff, the clean rooms and comfortable beds with white sheets, and the hot shower that relieves the fatigue of the day for travelers."

"The hostel is really nice and cute with all the decoration. The room and bathroom also clean, they clean it everyday. Also provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrush if you did not bring one! The bed is comfy and the bed sheet smell nice. I really like the atmosphere, homey and comfy, so I keep extending my nights here. They also want to help me with the luggage when the road is under construction. "We stayed at Pure Sunshine in Lijiang during our June 2025 trip. Mr. Chen came to pick us from the north gate and brought us to his place. Room is clean and equipped with all amenities. He very friendly and helpful. Even made us tea and chatted with us. Location is very convenient. There's a deck with beautiful view of Mt. Yulong. Overall we are very happy with our stay and highly recommended. ."

"it was very pleasant stay at this Inn I have booked queen size bed, single room, which was very nice and comfy compared to its price and location you might be find, the room condition is not that tidy and clean but the building is old naxi style inn so you can't complain as it's price as low the owner of this Inn, very nice and friendly guy he always tries to help guests during your stay and he offers me various Yunnan tea everyday, also even had a nice dinner together that he cooks for me he only speaks Chinese, so it is good opportunity that you can improve your Chinese speaking and hearing skills, but also you are good to use translator the location of this Inn is just about 2 min away from north gate of lijiang old town from the rooftop, you can enjoy night scenery of lijiang old town every night therefore there's one thing you need to be aware, this Inn is located at the top of the hill, so you cannot access to Inn with wheelchair of course, there is no lift as the whole lijiang area is full of hills and mountains so if you are planning to stay in lijiang, you may need to buy some air canisters to adjust your body for few days oh and can't forget to mention about the young cat Thuan Zi, he's just few months old cat, calm and lovely he never bites me during my stay :), what a gently cat, never seen a cat like this calm and peaceful there's more things that I can mention about this Inn but I will replace it with some pictures that I took from here so, long story short, if you don't mind it's location(on the hill), tidyness(the building is old, so you can't expect super clean room) but the price can tell you it is reasonable I would recommend to stay at this Inn :) because of warm hearted host and the way of he treats guests"

"The owner is very friendly and willing to help if you ask him, but the young man who works with him will barely look up from his phone to answer you and won't help you, even if you ask him. He's quite rude, which is a shame. The rest of the hostel is perfectly fine, with a beautiful rooftop."

"I have a great stay at this inn.The place just nice not too far from the most public transport pickup and dropoff point.as the first day i arrived and not familiar with the maps app yet,the lady owner came and welcoming me at the bus drop off point. The lady owner is too nice , very polite and helpful.she even help me to buy luggage on china app twice even i already checkout from there. As for the muslim travellers, halal restaurant is just 8 minutes walk from the inn."
