The capsules are clean and modern, so are the toilets and showers, however the rest of facilities are a little old. The staff is kind, the location is the old town which is an interesting place to visit but I personally would have preferred to stay downtown, however you can take a bus or metro and get there in around 20 minutes. I was here for over a week so in the end it's a little bit uncomfortable to stay in such small place with all my stuff (one large and one small backpack) but for a few days or with less luggage it's okay. I'd have gotten the double one if I wasn't on a budget.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was great. For the price, I think it's really worth it. The location is also super strategic because the hotel is inside a mall, which is very efficient. It's also really convenient for those who bring a car as you get free parking 🚗 The only thing is, since it's a budget hotel, the amenities are quite basic. There's no toothbrush, toothpaste, or hairdryer. The soap and shampoo are also pretty average, lol. But overall, it's still very acceptable, especially for a short stay or if you're just looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest.

Centrally located in Cikini area, close to Gambir train station. Plenty of culinary options in the neighborhood. Room was spacious with necessary amenities provided.

The facilities were minimal. The hot water temperature was low, but the water pressure was strong so it was OK. The price was low, so the value for money was quite good. It was quiet at night.

This property has an elevator. The room was good size. The bed was comfortable. Tepid water for shower. Wifi was okay. Kind staff.

I often stay at Accor hotels. I have been to different Ibis hotels in various parts of the world. An Ibis Budget may be old and worn out, but an Ibis hotel must always have good bed linen, a proper mattress, a good pillow, and blackout curtains. This hotel is quite decent considering the price and location, but it absolutely does not meet Ibis standards. The mattress and pillows were disappointing. At the same time, I would like to note that the hotel staff were very polite and friendly. The front desk and housekeeping were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.

The bed sheets were dirty with brown stains, and the pillows and blankets didn't smell clean, as if they hadn't been washed. The room had a faint smell of smoke, even though I had requested a non-smoking room.

Good hotel...good and friendly service, only breakfast is thought to be a buffet but is divided per person, for breakfast time, if possible, the time should be moved up, because the visitors are workers.

It's very convenient because it's close to the city center. Transportation is easy and there are lots of culinary spots nearby. It's quite interesting to see trains passing by, just like in Bangkok.
