"The location of the hostel is good. It's also near the metro station. But there are other problems such as the lift wasn't working. Also the lights in the capsule weren't working. The staff said that it's broken and they can't do anything about it. Overall the hostel is good. But they can improve a lot of things."

JJuan Luis CintasThe capsules are clean and modern, so are the toilets and showers, however the rest of facilities are a little old.
The staff is kind, the location is the old town which is an interesting place to visit but I personally would have preferred to stay downtown, however you can take a bus or metro and get there in around 20 minutes.
I was here for over a week so in the end it's a little bit uncomfortable to stay in such small place with all my stuff (one large and one small backpack) but for a few days or with less luggage it's okay. I'd have gotten the double one if I wasn't on a budget.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect to get around and have plenty of good restaurants around. I chose Delux room with window and was comfortable as some reviewers mentioned the single room is very small. I stayed 3 nights and felt at home . Clean toilet and good shower. It is very simple but considering the price it’s very good.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was great. For the price, I think it's really worth it. The location is also super strategic because the hotel is inside a mall, which is very efficient. It's also really convenient for those who bring a car as you get free parking 🚗
The only thing is, since it's a budget hotel, the amenities are quite basic. There's no toothbrush, toothpaste, or hairdryer. The soap and shampoo are also pretty average, lol.
But overall, it's still very acceptable, especially for a short stay or if you're just looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest.
