The first time I went and used this capsule hotel, I was worried at first because I went alone, but the hotel location was quite easy to find, near the station and could go to Trung Street. When I got to the hotel, there were Vietnamese staff who were very enthusiastic in guiding me. The furniture was arranged beautifully and clean. The shared toilet and bathroom were also very clean. Everyone who used the furniture was also very conscious of the next user. However, no talking on the phone. If you need to work by talking, you should not use the capsule hotel. If there is a chance, I will continue to use the service here next time. Rating 4.5*

The facilities in the house are relatively complete, such as toilet bathing, microwave oven, hot water, refrigerator, air conditioning and TV are complete, the decoration is new and clean, the key is that it is very close to Sakuragicho Station, which is very convenient. Although the single room is small, it is better than good quality and cheap, close to Yemao Mountain and the port, there are many attractions and convenient life.

It is in a good location, within walking distance of Tsurumi Station, and there are many restaurants nearby. There is also a convenience store next door.
The walls between the rooms and the neighbors seem to be thin, and you can hear sounds such as sneezing, but if that doesn't bother you, it's a good value hotel to stay in. I also appreciated the breakfast, which included bread and soup.

The room is consistent with the photos, I am satisfied. This is the public area, the women's restroom. Although it is cleaned every day, it smells very bad. I dare not stay there for too long each time. I hope to check the reason for the bad smell. There is a bottle of hand soap and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Two toilets. Although the entire building is non-smoking and no-smoking signs can be seen everywhere, there are still some low-quality people who smoke, so the smell of smoke in the corridor is very obvious when there are many people at night! The only thing I was not satisfied with was the smell in the toilet and many people hiding in the room to smoke. If you have a lot of luggage, it is recommended to choose another place. Because the room is in a small building and there is no elevator. Bathing is charged extra.

Considering the price, the room was quite good. If you just want to sleep, it's a bargain. I've rated it with that in mind. However, if you are sensitive to noise, be careful. I stayed on the 4th floor, which is the same height as the highway. There was the sound of cars passing by all night, the vibrations, and even a foreigner outside the room at 3am put the phone on speaker and started making calls. I couldn't sleep because of it. I guess it's just a cultural difference, but... I'll forgive you. If you have important business, it's not a good idea to stay here. The staff were very nice.

Cozy place. A tv that can either be a good thing or a bad one if ppl turn it up too loud and spend hours on it zapping around. In the same time in that same common area it’s forbidden to talk, as this place is supposed to be for eating and working, but then they place a tv with Netflix and YouTube and all that stuff in that same room. It’s too hot in the dormitory with too thick blankets at the same time. Otherwise the view from the common space is great and there’s a balcony for smoking on the other side of the apartment. In the end I worked in the stairway…also they place the ppl close to each other even if there’s a lot o space to keep them at distance. So half of the dorm was empty but still I had a snoring guy sleeping right underneath my bed…this can be improved.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be something special. This hotel exceeded every expectation I had. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was flawless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.
What truly made this hotel stand out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and professional.

Breakfast won't win any awards but was serviceable.
Ate one time at the Chinese restaurant, food portion for price was ridiculous.
Was supposed to feed 3/4 people, I left feeling hungry.
Staff were very apologetic..
Either drop your prices of increase your portion size.
Sweet and sour pork (which wasn't great) with 6 pieces of pork for 2000yen.

Very traditional ryokan where they put your name at the entrance of the building. Small Japanese garden with fish, a nice hot spring, and a big room.
Friendly stuff + you can order exceptional unagi dinner, but you need to order it in advance, at least 1 day before the actual dinner.
Very close to the subway and city center.
I really enjoyed my stay.

GGuest UserThe men and women were in the same cabin, but the bed area was separated and I didn't feel uncomfortable. I stayed in a standard bed, but it was wider than the recent new capsule hotel and there was a bath, so I was able to spend comfortably without the sound of the nearby room. Check-in after 6pm was check-out at 9am, but it was just right because it was an early morning flight the next day. I was able to make a reservation at a cheap price while there are many places where I spend more than 10,000 yen at a capsule hotel on Saturday. The building looks old but kept clean and close to the station, so I will use it again next time.

SSmile is best!A big public bath can use only men.But there are many clean shower rooms for women.
You can use your own rocker with key and they give you a bath towel, a face towel, a bath mat, a in-house wear with a bag, and when you check out you have to return that.
There is no convenience store near there but there are bending machines and you can get alcohol drinks.
You can not get any food there, unfortunately.

Walk a little from the station. The straight distance is close, but it feels like a big turn. There is a dispensing pharmacy below and a medical university right next to it.
As a business hotel, it is an ordinary hotel. The front desk is on the second floor with a small one. I don't have any particular complaints, but there were some things that I was a little worried about hygiene.
When I turned the futon, my hair fell on the sheets. When I looked inside the pillow cover (I try to check it as a countermeasure against tickling squirrels), the pillow also had hair. I wonder if I wanted you to wipe a little more dust off the corner.
Well, it's not a big negative point.
So I may stay if I need it again.

NNami__I stayed at the hotel alone for the first time, but the hotel was brighter and explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and it was very friendly, so I was able to use it with peace of mind. It was also very convenient because Chinatown cherry blossom station was close.
