Location is excellent, and the self check-in process was seamless and easy. The Master Mirabell team responded to every text message very quickly, which was especially reassuring since there was no staff on-site during check-in. Their prompt replies gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout our stay. A big bonus was the complimentary tourist mobility ticket provided during our stay. It made getting around Salzburg extremely convenient and helped us save on transportation costs. The property provides three washers and dryers, along with complimentary washing pods. I would recommend doing laundry before 5 PM or during off-peak hours to avoid the crowd. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only minor drawback was that the dining area had no dedicated lighting and relied on light from the pantry area. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would happily rate this apartment 5 stars. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Salzburg.

The hotel's 4-person family room is good, 2 big beds are enough for our family of 4, the location is very good, very close to Beethoven's former residence, 20 minutes walk to Beethoven Square. The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was ok. There is a bar downstairs, a bit noisy at night, it is OK to close the soundproof window.

Out of all the hotels we stayed in from Prague to Vienna, Hotel Max 70 was the coziest. It’s small but offers complete comfort and luxury — with a fridge, kettle, separate bath and toilet, and a clean, modern, chic design. The room felt very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food. A big plus is that tram and bus transport are free from the hotel, making it very convenient to get around Salzburg. Highly recommended for comfort, style, and value.

The waiters were quite attentive, but their directions regarding parking locations and the resulting parking fines were not clear enough. I hope they can offer cheaper parking deals. The breakfast was acceptable, and it's only a 10-minute walk from the old town.

1. The accommodation came with a transport card, which was very convenient. Although it's a bit of a walk from the station, you can reach it within 15 minutes by bus using the card. 2. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were new, including a microwave, so you could buy microwaveable food to eat in the room. 3. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. I particularly liked the bathroom design. 4. The downside is that there's no housekeeping for a three-day stay, and I really needed the trash emptied and the bathroom tidied. 5. Although there was a coffee machine, the coffee capsules provided weren't very good 😆. 6. On the first day, I noticed the shower gel was empty, and later I needed tissues. I asked customer service, and they said I could get them from the laundry room on B1, but there was no shower gel available for replenishment. 7. Despite these issues, the overall design and facilities of the hotel are still quite good, and the check-in process was smooth.

Location is not far from the bus and train station. Simple, basic hotel, suitable if you only need a quick rest. Staffs at the reception is very helpful.

Didn’t really have a good experience on this but thank god Trip did compensate a small fee. The room is good, the hotel is good BUT whoever that has booked please read this:- 1. Make sure they send you a pin code to enter the hotel at least 3 days before or else keep emailing and calling before you reach. There is no workers all automated if you reach and have no code to enter you are stranded! Yes there is a phone to call but Im not sure why the phone doesn’t work properly!! I called 7 times only to 1 time they pick up. And finally after waiting in the cold for 30 mins they let me know the pin code to enter. Its very hard to contact the hotel maybe because im not using local phone number. Contacted trip and they themselves couldn’t contact them in time. According to the hotel, there should be an email from them with instructions and code. 2. Yes, I do love the concept of having no one to check in but at least leave like an ipad or a screen for guest to check and contact??? 3. Rooms were nice, blinds were automatic. Clean and have smart tv. They do have elevators thank god. Besides the ‘PIN number’ enter check in, its all good.

The arrival steps were straight forward. The location was good. It was so hot and there was no air conditioning at all. Also hard to get up the stairs with our luggage. Overall a nice place but happy to get in the air conditioned taxi.

Limehome is conveniently located near Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, with the tram station just a short walk away. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials as described, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, one drawback we experienced was the lack of proper kitchen facilities. There was only an electric kettle, a coffee machine, two glasses, two mugs, and two spoons. I had requested a microwave, but unfortunately, it was not provided. Thankfully, there is a McDonald's nearby, which was helpful for meals. Overall, considering the price, the hotel offers great value for money.

The location is excellent. The No. 150 bus to Hallstatt is right outside the hotel, just past the gas station. We bought a combined bus and train ticket at the station service center early in the morning, and took the No. 150 for about an hour to Bad Ischl. The bus stop was practically right next to the platform, making it very convenient to transfer to the train. The ferry to Hallstatt is also very smooth; no need to worry, just follow the flow of people. It's only 150 meters to Matte, and costs €8 per person round trip. Keep your ticket stub; you'll need it to board your return ticket. One complaint is that the hotel's advertising doesn't match reality; it's not a 25-hour front desk. We passed through Lucerne, got off at 10 PM, and there was no one at the hotel reception. They gave us an envelope with my name on it, which we didn't realize was our room key at first. We only found out after calling. The breakfast was average; there were no vegetables, only wilted apples. Overall, it's about the standard of a guesthouse. The guest rooms are on the second floor; there's no elevator. The bathroom is spacious, and the hot water is acceptable. I'd give it a 70 out of 100; it only meets the most basic needs.
