Anonymous UserThe location is very convenient, only around a 10-minute walk from Bilbao city centre.
Breakfast was excellent, with both made-to-order options and a buffet. There was also a great variety of fresh fruit.
The front desk staff and breakfast team were all very friendly and welcoming.
Although my room faced a residential area, it was surprisingly quiet with almost no noise at all. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay here.

The hotel is located in the pedestrian street of the ancient city of Bilbao. You can't get there by taxi. You have to walk in.
The hotel lobby is shown in Figure 1 and the room is above the second floor;
The old house is remodeled in a very good environment. The rooms are named after each name. Find your own room according to the email. There is a password on the email. Each room is entered by password.
You can go to the ancient city at night, there are many shops and bars downstairs.
Good value for money

A True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

The hotel is not very central. To the Gugenheim Museum 10 minutes walk, to the old city 25. On the first day it was heavy rain and we flowed through the ceiling. We immediately changed the room and improved. Very good breakfast.

A wonderful hotel and very friendly staff.. After coming long before check-in we were able to go to the shower and bring ourselves in order after the road and immediately went to explore the wonderful Bilbao! The Gugneneheim Museum is just in a walk of availability..
The pleasant breakfasts and delicious coffee!

It's the second time you hosted me in this accommodation, it's very comfortable, near the metro, the attention is incredibly kind, the rooms are usually very large, clean and modern, the only thing, This time I had to pick up a single room since nothing left, the bed though already pony that is a single ... I think it would be amazing that it was a little bigger than 80cm, missing a large body towel, The dressing table is the coffee table.. which made it impossible to hang your clothes as long jackets and boil the water ... I recommend you to change the site or the coffee table and boiler or the dressing table, for the rest all right.

The hotel is quite new overall. Check-in is strictly from 4 PM, but you can leave your luggage in the adjacent student dormitory building (up a small hill 😃).
Unfortunately, the room didn't have a kettle or cups, only glass tumblers. There was just one frying pan and one pot.
All other amenities were excellent. The gym is quite spacious and well-equipped for a hotel.

Laura Llamas LemiThis is a wonderful place: bright design and cleanliness. Strategically located very convenient: the bus station is right in the same building underground. There is the same subway. I lived on the 10th floor and the whole city was like on the hands! I definitely recommend!

Overall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.
