The hotel is located in the pedestrian street of Bilbao's ancient city. You can't get there by taxi, so you have to walk in. The hotel lobby is shown in Figure 1, and the rooms are above the second floor; The renovation of the old house is very good. The rooms are named after each name. You can find your room according to the email. There is a password on the email, and you can enter each room according to the password. You can go to the ancient city at night. There are many shops and bars downstairs. Good value for money

Had a fantastic stay at Bypillow San Mamés Hotel! Prime location near San Mamés Stadium, modern and clean room, and friendly staff. Comfy bed for a great night's sleep. Delicious breakfast and excellent service. Highly recommend for a Bilbao visit! Will definitely return.

It is a very nice apartment in the center of Bilbao, location is unbeatable and has almost anything you need for a good stay for a few days. Totally automatic check in, check out and entrance, which makes it comfortable to handle from your phone directly. Nice place to stay overall

Overall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.

It's a very practical accommodation for sightseeing. Despite not being in the city center, the transport links are excellent, and it's more economical. Having a kitchen, supermarket, and café/restaurant nearby is very convenient.
