Petit déjeuner bien rapport qualité prix notre chambre etait coté rue et très bruyante, la fenêtre paraît défectueuse et laisse entendre les bruits de la rue. La paroi de douche laissait passer l’eau à l’extérieur, et les joints de douche étaient noir et moisis. Emplacement au top, tous les services sont à proximité

We loved staying here. The location cannot be bettered. How lovely to have stayed at a place in Bilbao that afforded a choice between pintxoing and staying in and making simple meals at home. The staff was amazingly helpful. Thank you!

The female manager at the front desk of this hotel is the best in the world. Ask him as soon as possible if you need help around, thank you

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities to work from, one of the best gyms that I’ve been to, it would have been so much more seamless if parking, gym etc were included in the price. Especially if the pool provided by the gym is not available, not having to pay for the gym one would make more sense

Ideal stay for Bilbao city centre , close to all sights and restaurants / bars We parked our car in the nearby Arenal parking lot as recommended by the hotel. Small discount for residents

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic when we checked in, asking if we needed a map and briefly explaining the surrounding routes. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and switching between the showerhead settings required some guesswork. Breakfast had a decent variety of choices. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum and the airport bus stop. It would have been better if they had provided information about the airport bus service being suspended on May 1st, as we checked out on Labor Day and waited at the bus stop for over half an hour for nothing.

Great location on the river & easy walking distance to everything in Bilbao. Old Town & Guggenheim just 10 minutes away. Staff were very helpful & understood English as my Spanish was not great. My room was spacious, coffee machine fabulous, very quiet & perfect for me. Recommend.

Превосходный отель. Набор всех услуг. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Есть даже вино и шампанское. С 5 утра есть мини завтрак в баре. Заселили утром без доплаты. Номера просторные, чистые. Есть чайник, кофе машинка, минибар.

The room, while not large, was clean. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. However, the air conditioning only allowed for fan speed adjustment; sometimes it wasn't cool enough, and the temperature couldn't be controlled.
