Best hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)

Although the location isn't in a busy area, transportation is quite convenient. It's within walking distance of Guggenheim, and there are many supermarkets of various sizes nearby. Just be aware of their opening hours; they're all closed on Sundays.

What a great hotel! Across the board we were blown away by how perfect this hotel made our stay. The staff - ALWAYS helpful and fun and professional. The room - Beautiful, large double bed for us was more than adequate and a large room. Bathroom - Great size and LARGE tub and shower with TONS of water pressure. Location - Bilbao is one of the most walkable cities, but the hotel is right at the edge of the river so 10 min to Guggenheim and 5 min to the old town. Breakfast - We had breakfast a couple times and the beans and eggs were my staple. The eggs were off the first visit, but the second visit they were much better. Bacon and pastries were tasty and the cream cheese with herbs was a treat. We will be back for sure. You won't be disappointed by staying here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location, Cozy Room—Watch the Bed! Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot. The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night. Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

Great 4* hotel in the middle of the old town, next to the Plaza Nueva (pintxo bar area). You will recognize the age of the hotel inside of a room (stains on wall, conditions of the furnitures), but it is ok, especially if you find a great offer. If you want a bigger room, choose the Space room, with overlooking to Nervión river and the theatre square right at the entrance of the hotel.

What an amazing hotel, the staff were most friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the old town makes this a must stay location. The breakfast was spectacular and the rooftop pool and bar were fabulous. Overall an excellent location and will be a repeat stay for me in the future.

Excellent location, right across from the river and close to shops. The room was large, beautiful, comfortable, and clean, with very comfortable pillows – they even offered three options! Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. There's also a bar and restaurant on site. We loved everything!

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities to work from, one of the best gyms that I’ve been to, it would have been so much more seamless if parking, gym etc were included in the price. Especially if the pool provided by the gym is not available, not having to pay for the gym one would make more sense

Spacious rooms, convenient location. Staff were friendly. However, do note that payment is required for parking.

Fantastic hotel , spotlessly clean and room cleaned with towels changed although we were only there for 2 nights . Breakfast was Fantastic, a great selection to choose from and ideally located not too far from the town. Staff were also lovely and friendly , very helpful .
