"I stayed here once many years ago, and the overall feeling this time was pretty good. The location is of course quite convenient. You can walk to the central commercial street, Guggenheim, and the old town. You can also taste the delicious restaurants and pintxos around. The room was clean and sufficient, and a full set of toiletries was provided. The procedures were also quick. Maybe the food around was too delicious, so the breakfast felt inferior to my memory. There will definitely be noise along the street, but fortunately it is not a big problem, because the air conditioning felt a bit stuffy and I opened the window a little, so the noise did not affect my sleep."

Hotel very new with complete kitchen facilities. Very spacious. Near Guggenheim museum. Free gummies and water at the hotel lobby. Will definetly book our stay here again for r next Bilbao visit.

Best hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)

Great location on the river & easy walking distance to everything in Bilbao. Old Town & Guggenheim just 10 minutes away. Staff were very helpful & understood English as my Spanish was not great. My room was spacious, coffee machine fabulous, very quiet & perfect for me. Recommend.

The hotel located on a hill that it’s easy to walk down to the old town,but it’s better if you go back by bus. The gym is well equipped,you can really have a nice workout.

A thirty minute walk into the Old Town, but can be accessed via a metro stop just minutes away (handy for the return trip which is all uphill). The area is mainly (student) residential, but there are a handful of cafes/bars and a supermarket nearby
