"Two couples run. Very nice location, about 5 minutes walk from Cusco Square. However, it is on the slope and the air is thin in the first place because it is a high altitude place. You can also take a shared bus from the airport to the square (if you have a lot of momentum and a lot of heart). However, hot water did not come out at first in the shower. Therefore, I had to contact my husband who runs the hotel every time, and that point might have been inconvenient. However, if there is anything on WhatsApp, they will rushed in, let me put my luggage in round 々 when I go to Machu Picchu, and secure a shared bus to the recommended hydroelectric power station. The service on that point was optimal."

"Just near the airport, if you live here, you can walk along the pedestrian road to the pier, but if you are in a hurry, you have to take a taxi. Breakfast is not bad, enough to eat enough. There is heating inside and outside the room, and you have to open half of the window to sleep when you sleep, because it is too warm. No matter where you live, you can see the snowy mountains or lakes, especially the clean glass windows in the restaurant. It is no problem to take pictures directly in front of the window. The cleaning staff is really praiseworthy."

"The hotel is comfortable and careful, the beds and beds provide a quality sleep and guests are welcomed with mugna tea to go to Cusco city altitude.
The breakfast is excellent, as well as the care of Brady is the responsible girl who, unfortunately, I don't remember the name now, but a cake is needed to complete the cardapio.
The reception staff, Monica, Alfred, Diego, are proper, educated and available to address the guests' demands.
It is close to the train station and also the two transport providers to Machu Picchu, Inka Rail and Peru Rail, which makes it very easy to take on to the sanctuary.
To reach the historic center walking takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and appliance is about 5 minutes and the cost is about 12 suns.
I have only one comment to improve accommodation that would be to find a way to minimize the noise of the reception for the ground floor rooms, considering that in the morning many guests go to Machu Picchu."

FFat fat pugThe young clerk was very conscientious and told me that it was his first time to receive Chinese Hong Kong people. He was very polite and attentive. First of all, I have to pass through a courtyard at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel staff helped me carry my luggage and go upstairs. The hotel included breakfast. Since I signed up for a local tour and had to leave very early, the hotel would prepare a breakfast package for me to take away. Even if I had breakfast in the hotel, the staff would ask me if I wanted an extra order of scrambled eggs, and there were plenty of fruits. When I left, the staff also called a taxi for me. The service made me feel at home.

GGuest UserKatari Apart Hotel at Qorikancha was the perfect accommodation for my 3-day trip to Cusco! It is in a great central location, within walking distance to the various plazas with shopping and restaurants. My room was great - clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Alex was an INCREDIBLE host - he was so attentive and responsive and gave me some excellent recommendations for things to do and see and restaurants to eat at. I was able to store my luggage after check out on my last day since I had an evening flight and Alex helped hail a taxi for me to ensure a fair price and safe ride.

GGuest UserHad two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.

SS_KKThe rooms were clean and comfortable with a storage heater and hot shower. About 10 minutes walk to the main square. However, when we arrived it was a little strange for us when the receptionist said that we didn't have a booking there even though we had and I had the confirmation receipt to show him. He wasn't responsive until I called Trip.com online service, and then he continued looking and said that he actually found it, so maybe be aware of this happening when you arrive. It was also a little strange that after they checked us in, we had a lot of luggage and staff showed us to the rooms that were quite a walk away and up one set of stairs and two sets of elevators, that they didn't help with anything of the bags. We only noticed this as we had much better service in other hotels in Cusco.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel.
Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far.
Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back.
I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel was good, service was good, laundry services excellent. 2 issues:
1) location: the front is not a street but a walking lane, so taxis and tour transportation cannot come to front door. This alleyway also has many clubs so the noise and foot traffic is all night long.
2 Breakfast was included , however if you want a second omelette they wanted you to pay for it. Free breakfast means free, any other buffet restaurant you can take as many eggs as you wish.
Overall I would stay there again,

GGuest UserI arrived in the hotel found that the bath tub doesn’t have stopper so asked them to provide stopper but was given a day later and there is no hand wash provided. No soap provided on my last day.
Also the hotel staff asked me to pay additional $55.00 as they don’t seem to have record of my arrival to Peru and I have come illegally to Peru.. I have to argue about it and finally they found my arrival details.
Breakfast is fantastic and cleanliness is good as well.. Apart from minor issues it is good..near to all amenities .

KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

JJingwen DorothyI stayed here 4 nights before and after the Salkantay trek. The first 4 nights were in a studio room which is very nicely decorated with plants and flowers, the last 4 nights were in a double room with a view of the city. I enjoyed my stay in both. The checkout was very easy, I left the key and bags in my room when I left at 4.30am for the salkantay trek, and when I returned, I was immediately brought to my new room with my bags already inside, which felt really nice after a tiring 5 days. The breakfast was nice, had fresh papaya or orange juice. The location was great as well, just about 5 min walk down to the main square (about 10min up) and the first 2 streets from the main square have police officers around which made me feel safer. Also many cafe and restaurants in the streets around it. I was having diarrhoea and feeling unwell on my last day and was grateful that I could check out later to have a longer rest.
