We’re centrally located in the historical and trendy neighborhood San Blas. Surrounded by local flare, our hotel is prefect for exploring the city's sites. Plaza de Armas, the Cusco Cathedral, and the Temple of the Sun (Qorikancha) are all within six blocks from us, while the Main Square of Cuzco is three blocks. Our terrace architecture pays tribute to our Inca history.

Overall, the hotel is not bad for Cusco, a small room, a small window, a very small bathroom, no heating, no drinking water, no slippers, but I give it 5 for cleanliness, for the location, and for the fact that the hotel is new. When we lived there, the cost was $90 per night without breakfast. For such a cost, it is normal. But when we left for 2 days and came back, the cost was already $180 per night, which is simply unimaginable for this hotel. Having lived a week in Cusco, it became clear that the price and quality are a big problem not only for this hotel but also for others! The prices are high, and the service provided is minimal!

Yes, there are bathtubs and water heaters. The design is also very innovative. The windows are double-layered. Although it is close to the road, the sound insulation is very good, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night.

The front desk service was very good and let us check in early. 20 minutes walk to the downtown square. 15sol taxi from the airport must bargain. The breakfast room view is great. 360 degree view. The disadvantage is that the quilt texture is average.

The location was great because it is right in front of Armas Square. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness was not disappointing. However, due to the nature of the fact that Machu Picchu departs early in the morning from Cusco, it can be noisy in the morning because the soundproofing is not good when other guests move.

Centrally located in the centro historico area. Great place and staff were very helpful with all matters. The breakfast selection was more than enough and the shower pressure was strong. Used the hotel as a place to rest before travelling on many tours, most starting between 4:30 - 6:30am. Highly recommended. :)

In a very good place, baggage can be left indelibly for storage, breakfast is certainly not rich, but we stayed for the night, ate eggs, boutiques, bananas, coffee. fur on the recepshen. on the photo looks better than in living, but for this price is actually normal. But it is very cold!!!!!! (but it is everywhere as I understand) and that you have to take a shower you have to drop the water 5-6 min)

CcindyDo not think twice to stay here, just book it!
Me and my husband had an amazing stay here during our trip in Cusco. The hotel is located at the heart of Cusco city and just a few minutes walk to the plaza, along with nearby shops and restaurants. It is run by a lovely family (Jose, Johann, and Miriam) who will greet you very warmly.
We had to get up incredibly early (4am!) for a tour and Jose prepared a packed breakfast for us. I told my husband it feels as if our parents prepared the breakfast because it was very thoughtful and we never got hungry throughout the trip :)
Johan speaks really good english so you will face no issue trying to get some tips around the city.
Thank you so much Johan and family for welcoming us, we will recommend you to everyone looking for a place to stay in Cusco🩷
GGuest UserKatari Apart Hotel at Qorikancha was the perfect accommodation for my 3-day trip to Cusco! It is in a great central location, within walking distance to the various plazas with shopping and restaurants. My room was great - clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Alex was an INCREDIBLE host - he was so attentive and responsive and gave me some excellent recommendations for things to do and see and restaurants to eat at. I was able to store my luggage after check out on my last day since I had an evening flight and Alex helped hail a taxi for me to ensure a fair price and safe ride.
LleesiugyunI found a B&B temporarily because the previous B&B didn’t have enough hot water. The illa bnb is at the top of the mountain (needs to climb). If you don’t take a taxi, you need to be careful with your suitcases.
Both booking and ctrip can be booked. The landlord will open a WhatsApp group. If you have any questions, ask directly. The landlord directly sends a link for payment. International credit cards and UnionPay are supported.
The house is very large with two floors, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor. According to the app, there are three room types: an ordinary double room, a mini flat with a kitchen, and a luxurious flat with a kitchen. The Cusco Cathedral can be seen from the restaurant. The hair dryer and hot water kettle are shared. The whole design is a bit Greek and very comfortable. Our room may be a little noisy at the entrance. You can hear the sound of the bar outside at night, but in Cusco, it is very active every day, so basically just fall into bed and sleep.
We booked a mini flat. The room was larger than the photos. It had a large living room and dining room, an open kitchen, a bedroom, a hot water, and a very nice bathroom. Maybe it was due to the area. There was basically no air conditioning in the B&Bs in Cusco (but it was very hot at noon and at night). It’s very cold (2-23 degrees Celsius a day with a big temperature difference)
LLennard’sIf you enjoy some quiet from the bustling city center, this place was perfect. Located 15 mins walk from the city center (it doesn’t feel that far honestly), the photos of the hotel are as shown in the pictures provided. The place is really clean and cosy.
Giara liaises with the guests ensuring every need is covered. She and the team have been so lovely and helpful throughout. They do prepare packed breakfast for whenever we had to leave early for our tours. Absolutely enjoyed our time at the stay
SSham LatiffThis is a lovely family run hotel. We arrived late evening and the proprietor was waiting for us and helped us with the baggage. The room was clean and comfortable. It is less than 5 mins walk to the wanchaq train station that goes to machu picchu. They very kindly allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel when we went to machu picchu without additional costs even though we didn’t have a return reservation with them. Will definitely stay here again
GGuest UserHad two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.
KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh
PPUI WAH HERMIAJust near the airport, if you live here, you can walk along the pedestrian road to the pier, but if you are in a hurry, you have to take a taxi. Breakfast is not bad, enough to eat enough. There is heating inside and outside the room, and you have to open half of the window to sleep when you sleep, because it is too warm. No matter where you live, you can see the snowy mountains or lakes, especially the clean glass windows in the restaurant. It is no problem to take pictures directly in front of the window. The cleaning staff is really praiseworthy.
GGuest UserI arrived in the hotel found that the bath tub doesn’t have stopper so asked them to provide stopper but was given a day later and there is no hand wash provided. No soap provided on my last day.
Also the hotel staff asked me to pay additional $55.00 as they don’t seem to have record of my arrival to Peru and I have come illegally to Peru.. I have to argue about it and finally they found my arrival details.
Breakfast is fantastic and cleanliness is good as well.. Apart from minor issues it is good..near to all amenities .
