⸻ The hotel is very conveniently located, with excellent transportation links, making travel very easy. The room was very clean and tidy, with no odors. It was a comfortable stay, and the value for money was excellent, making it a great choice for both travel and short business trips.

The room was spacious, but upon check-in, I noticed a strange door inside the room. I requested a room change, but none were available. I then tried to check out a day early, which was also not allowed. There was only one complimentary bottle of water; additional bottles had to be purchased at the front desk. Overall, the hygiene was good, and the breakfast was varied and served for an extended period. The city center is lovely, but all the supermarkets and shops are closed on Sundays.

The location is not the best. Good if you like a quieter stay, but in terms of convenience it's not too great. 15-20 minute walk from the central station, and the city centre is in the opposite direction. You can take public transport fairly easily, but it is also basically necessary to take public transport to get anywhere apart from the supermarket downstairs. However, the hotel itself is very nice. Modern and well furnished rooms, with helpful facilities including a washing machine (you need to download an app and pay through it). Staff were also very helpful, helped me with luggage storage and to print my train ticket for my next destination. If you don't mind the location, I would recommend the stay here, it is nice value for money.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience, location and the cleanliness of the property. One little thing I didn't like was that I needed to phone to receive the access code to the building as they'd not sent it prior to our arrival.

Across the river from the main city, 3 stops from bus 58 or 63 to the train station, convenient, but not particularly convenient to the main attractions. Walk a few hundred meters to take tram 3 or 5, or take 58 or 63 for one stop to change to bus 3 or 5. There is a BELLA supermarket next door and a eurospar supermarket across the road. The room we were given was on the 3rd floor. Although it was along the street, it was not noisy at all because it was recessed, and the sunlight was not direct, so the temperature and light in the room were good. The hygiene was good, the front desk service was good, and there were not many varieties of breakfast, but it was not suitable for Chinese stomachs.

The location is good, not far from the old town. The room faces the street, but the soundproofing is quite good when the windows are closed. The parking lot is at the back of the hotel and is very small. It takes seven or eight steps to get from the parking lot to the front desk, which is very inconvenient for tourists like us with large suitcases.

Hotel parking is very funny, first of all, the hotel does not have its own parking lot, you have to stop the basement below the mall next door. Then when you check out, the hotel told you that after paying the parking fee at the front desk, you need two parking cards to insert them into the machine, but any of our machines will not open the gate. Then I ran to the front desk to ask, and then I tried it for an hour or couldn't get out. The mall office couldn't find a place and people. If this hotel is driving, it is not recommended to live. The mall and the hotel have no good communication at all, wasting guests' time, complicated operation, and brains.

Location, easy to travel anywhere, very good, clean rooms, beautiful, very good service staff. If you come to Graz, you will definitely stay here.

Those who like to make tea or coffee are in luck, because they have to keep going to the bar counter on the first floor to get hot water. The location is very good, and the room faces the river directly. After checking in, I took the elevator from 60 years ago and walked through the corridor from 80 years ago. When I entered the room, my three views were refreshed. It turned out that the so-called industrial style and the simple style are so similar. The shower room is next to the bed, so you know what I mean. In short, next time I go to Graz, I will not stay here even if it is free. It's really different from the photos on the official website!

Lovely lovely apartment!! Very modern but had a lot of difficulty checking in and help was very limited.
