The room's decor rivals that of a luxury five-star hotel; the materials and craftsmanship are excellent, and it was impeccably clean. While the twin beds couldn't be pushed together, the sofa could comfortably accommodate one person, which was a plus. The Round Pavilion and Square Pavilion are only 80 meters apart and share common areas; considering the room rate, booking the Square Pavilion was a great choice. The breakfast was of good quality and very fresh; the egg pancakes, fish soup noodles, and tofu pudding were all made to order and served hot. Traveling after the holiday meant we had the hot springs private, as only two were open. Going in the evening was practically like having the entire place to ourselves. I suggest adding a screen to the entrance of the women's changing room. The butler, Xiao Guo, provided truly excellent service—attentive and professional, thinking of many details, making our stay safe and comfortable. With family and elderly members, and traveling off-peak, it was another perfect vacation experience!

The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the butler's service was attentive and considerate. The flower and tree decorations in the yard downstairs are very beautiful and artistic, and you can take pictures everywhere. Before leaving, I was given a souvenir. Disadvantages: The children's paradise and the cute pet paradise were being renovated when I checked in. It was a bit regretful that the baby came because there was a children's paradise. Also, I feel that the planning idea is very good. There are small tents and a swimming pool, but it may lack maintenance due to insufficient manpower. The pool was filled with dust, and the small tent was filled with debris. Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws. If I have the chance to come to Liyang next time, I will still take my children to stay in this B&B.

We stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. I've stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my child, and this one is definitely the best in terms of service. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic. Before check-in, the butler kept in touch with me about various activities, and the hotel kept bringing us things—drinks, fruit, afternoon tea, and a heartwarming bowl of porridge in the evening. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

The stay experience is very comfortable. Xiao Chen at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, checked in efficiently, and consulted questions patiently and meticulously. The environment of the homestay is clean and elegant, the public area is clean and quiet, the lighting is good and ventilated, and it is away from the noise. The rooms are well equipped, with bathroom, air conditioning and bedding in place and smooth use. The overall price is outstanding, the details are taken care of, the travel is preferred, the key is that you can also fish, super suitable for people who love fishing, next time you travel, you will choose to stay in this homestay, the experience is very good! ! !

Before the trip, the housekeeper gave some thoughtful suggestions for attractions and recommended routes for elderly and family tours. After checking in, the room was very clean and tidy. The auntie cleaned the room and carefully covered the lid of the mineral water bucket for me. When there were activities at nearby attractions, the housekeeper reminded me on WeChat a long time in advance whether I would participate. After checking out, he would also pay attention to whether I had arrived home safely. The scenery outside the room was very comfortable and relaxing. It was considerate and comfortable. The children kept saying that they would stay here again next time 😁

We went on a big group of families/friends and booked all rooms for our crew. It was a nice experience, hotel service is good, kind and warm people, supportive and caring. Hotel is very clean and breakfast was generously adapted to a western style. Good time spent.

I didn't want to go too far during the May Day holiday but wanted to avoid the crowds, so I decided to try this hotel. The service was friendly, the rooms were clean and unique, and it was very interesting to stay in the tree house tent for the first time. It also included 2 cups of American coffee, 100 yuan coupon for Tianmu Lake casserole fish head: Tickets to Tianmu Lake Landscape Park (unlimited entry during the stay) were also very interesting~

物超所值，因為是突發奇想來玩的，所以凌晨聯繫的酒店，前台小姐姐很熱情，不僅給我們找到了離酒店最近的位置，還出來接我們，並且辦理入住的時候給了我們一間看湖景最好的房間，還提前打開了空調，直接舒適入住！並且因為我們是凌晨入住的，雖然提前和我們説了早餐時間，但是我們起不來就沒打算去吃早餐，誰知道居然給我們留了一部分特色早餐，在我們起床後送過來，超級貼心！！！很感謝啊！！！然後酒店套餐包含景區門票，前台在退房的時候也細心提示我們到景點的時間和距離，並給了我們一個比較省時的路線，遊玩性拉滿！出門之後，酒店的迎賓大爺也很熱情，和我們説周邊好吃好玩的地方，賓至如歸啊！ 這次來常州的短暫之旅因為這家酒店變得很美滿，下次再來玩的話肯定還會選擇這家店的！ 再説一萬遍！這家酒店湖景房很漂亮！！！
