WWoyouyikexinggeiniFacilities: The facilities are very new, with switches for delay lighting and extinguishing functions. The heating in the public area and the room is very sufficient, and a single coat can be fully opened in the room.
Hygienic: The room was cleaned very clean and very satisfied
Environment: The location is very good, very close to the top of the mountain, not far from the core of the old city in the upper city.
Service: The front desk and restaurant brother are very good, very humorous and talkative

GGuest UserThe location is better not to find, but the hotel itself on the three, the rooms on the second floor with windows on the knee level, well and a little under tired,breakfast is delicious, but mostly dessert, may be perfect for Europeans, but on me the omlet was not bad, When I ordered joyfully told Si, but then it turned out that eggs are not 😁, in general the price and level almost coincided!

ССаб. ЛюдмилаA normal hotel, 10 minutes from the rowing room. The area is quiet, late in the evening, early in the morning, everything is quiet. To Carrera Academy is closer. Staff is helpful, trying to explain (without my language knowledge).
The studio apartments are equipped with microwave, stove, pans, dishes, opening, knife - everything is available. The water is hot and steady, without laps. A larger towel dryer if anything dry, on the five-point bottom of the tumbler. The heater was pleased. Very quiet in the hotel. The elderly are hanging out on their own, no one is interrupting, all of us will be, but not all in such a place. I'm glad for them.I didn't go to the pool.

AAnonymous UserA good hotel overall, small and beautiful type. Originally, I thought I would land in a remote mountain area with a low-cost airline, but I didn't expect to find a niche tourist attraction by accident.
We took Line 1 from Bergamo Airport and arrived at the bus stop near the hotel in about 15 minutes and walked for 12 minutes. When I arrived late at night, the front desk brother was very enthusiastic and actively introduced facilities such as breakfast/spa.
The room is more spacious than expected, especially the bathroom! The air conditioner is very easy to use, and all the facilities are very, very clean, it is worth recommending~
Breakfast is very pleasant, 7-10 point supply, not rich but sausage/bacon/scrambled eggs/can be glorified/coffee, especially you can listen to the bells in the garden to eat, take pictures very well.
There are many small shops near the hotel, the price is different, 15-1000 Europe has, I am very happy to find good-looking clothes. There is also a delicious pizza at the door, the price is fair and relatively hygienic.
I had breakfast the next day, took the cable car up the mountain after storing my luggage, the scenery was good, there was a magnificent cathedral. Overall Bergamo is really worth a visit!

Plus: excellent location of the hotel, good price and clean room.
Defects: On the day of settlement I did not come to me information about the procedure of registration in the hotel and had to contact the support service, it was not very convenient, but after they sent me the data. All registration takes place on its own through the machine, there are no staff on the counter, so if there are questions or problems, it will be possible to solve it only through a call to support.
