The hotel lobby has a wide view, facing the sea and Jiajing Island, which is quite beautiful. There is a commercial street not far from the hotel, which is convenient for eating and shopping. Because there are four big families and one small, we booked a suite. The hotel arranged this room on the highest floor. The view of the sea is very good. There is also a bathing pool on the balcony. In this weather in April, the sea breeze is very comfortable. The room is very close to the coast. The room is spacious and a little old because of the year, but it is well maintained. This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

Arrived a day after Yagi .. hotel was open though still cleaning up after high tide left beach sand in pool. Otherwise all good - staff courteous and very helpful. Restaurants were not all operating during time but breakfast was fantastic. Nearby township many place to eat and wander along the beach. Locally some good attractions. The only negative - you go to a private hotel wirh beachfront access and prohibited from swimming in sea. Get some lifeguards ..set up properly even in selected morning and afternoon time .. the pool was good, but I went to the beach to swim in the sea! The local Sunset bar was nice to also enjoy in the warm evening. Would consider again or at least a Sheraton Resort again sometime.

Super super satisfied! I have never stayed in a hotel with such good service. Everyone in the hotel is polite. During our stay, my mother and my wife suffered from vomiting and diarrhea due to bad food, so several service staff offered to send them to the hospital. The hotel's catering quality is also very high, breakfast and dinner are delicious. My mother couldn't eat breakfast, so the restaurant waiter helped pack it and deliver it to the room. The housekeeper is also very considerate and always greets me. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the lighthouse, so you don’t have to take a taxi there yourself. Glad I booked this room. The easy pool access was the highlight. We felt like we got a villa for a cheap price. The room and the pool were very clean. The service could have been better though. Like the afternoon tea at the lobby. We requested it to be delivered in the room but it was not allowed so we need to get it at the lobby. Second was the room service. There were many dishes that were not available in the menu and the staff made a mistake twice with our order. It took us an hour or so before we can finally eat our dinner.
