GGigidianqianGosho-bo is conveniently located right next to an orange souvenir shop, a common stop on the way from Kyoto to Arima. Upon check-in, guests are asked to change into slippers for use throughout the ryokan. The luggage service is excellent; they bring your bags to your room upon arrival and down to the lobby after check-out, saving you the effort of carrying them up or down stairs. Both breakfast and dinner were generous and delicious. The restaurant boasts a charmingly retro atmosphere, with a vintage feel that is impeccably maintained. The public Kinsen (Golden Spring) bath was wonderful. It's a semi-mixed bath, and my skin felt incredibly smooth after soaking. However, a family member who was with me developed mild allergic reactions like peeling skin and red spots.

GGuest UserHotel location is very good from the city, but quiet, travel is very convenient, not far from the Shinkansen. The room was cleaned very clean, the facilities were very good, there was a large hot spring bathtub very special, the front desk service was very good, the ticket speed was very fast, and the overall satisfaction was very satisfactory.

GGuest UserThe room is large and well-equipped. The gold bath in the room is a little small, but the public bath is OK. It is very comfortable with few people. The hotel's kaiseki cuisine is very unique.

GGuest UserA very good Glamping experience, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were cooked by the staff in the room, and we enjoyed them in our room facing the beautiful view. Alcoholic drinks were also provided free of charge! Unfortunately we arrived too late and missed some activities. If I have the chance, I will definitely come again!

GGuest UserGood price with a nice view. View of the bridge during the day is breathtaking. The new wing’s rooms are a lot nicer. Not much service. No one helps you with luggage when you arrive. And staff don’t look too helpful or happy. The hotel is near outlet and easy drive to Kobe city centre. Breakfast is good with a lot of bread variety. You need to bring your room towel to public bath. For this price I wouldn’t mind staying there again.
