Amazing
AAnonymous UserI just checked in this afternoon and was resting when a waiter came and rang the doorbell and asked to come in to check the water bar. I told her that I just checked in and hadn't touched it yet, but she insisted on not leaving, saying that this was her job responsibility. I said you should check before I checked in, not when I checked in and rested, but she insisted on not leaving, saying that she didn't come in the morning because she was busy at work. I had no choice but to let her in and she wouldn't leave. I had no choice but to let her in to finish her job. The front desk staff was also not polite. The male and female front desk staff didn't even say hello when checking in and checking out.
LLiangdianA five-star hotel with a relatively high cost-effectiveness. The room facilities are complete. The surprise is not only that coffee and tea are free. The coffee machine is of good quality and can boil water. It meets our needs for making tea. The service is good. Disposable slippers are also provided. The bathroom has plenty of water for bathing. The Arc'teryx store is downstairs. The price is much cheaper than in China. After dinner, walk to the White House to see the night view. The distance is just right for walking.
GGuest UserLess than a ten-minute walk from the White House and the capital's central axis, the hotel enjoys a prime location, fronting a tree-lined boulevard and offering a beautiful setting. Besides the main attractions, the surrounding area also offers a wide range of dining options. The hotel is small, and the room amenities aren't perfect, but they retain a touch of French elegance. The restaurant downstairs serves good food and is reasonably priced.
Of course, staying in the heart of DC, don't expect a bargain. In addition to the Ctrip room fee, this hotel also charges a $34.79 ”Urban Experience Fee and Tax” per day. Even so, the rate is only average for the area. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, but Valet Parking charges $65 per day plus tip, which is average for the area. The problem is that the parking is quite far away, and the wait to retrieve the car can take over 20 minutes.

Very Good
LLesheniwangmiThe room is large and suitable for family business. Breakfast is convenient. The front desk is very friendly. There is a supermarket nearby, and there are many food options within a 5-10 minute walk. It costs only a dozen dollars to take a taxi to the White House
ZZIHAOCome to DC to live in Park Hyatt for 3 days. The area where you are located should be good. If you take a taxi, you can't go anywhere, but if you take the subway, there is still a distance from the subway station. The doorman is more welcoming. The only drawback is that the three nights of staying in the hotel did not change the toiletries once.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a long history and the facade is full of retro style. The location is excellent, close to the US Treasury Building, especially suitable for financial practitioners. It is very close to the Washington Monument and the White House on foot, estimated to be within 15 minutes. The hotel rooms are small, exquisitely designed, and the lobby on the first floor is elegant
RRichardDVery central hotel (in Georgetown). Excellent rooms. Wonderful service. Only issue when I was there was the kitchen was down due to a small fire the night before. I was warned about this just before my stay. Then, the elevators broke down for an evening. The staff made up for it.

Very Good
ZZhufuxiaoxiaoThe hotel is comfortable and spacious, with the elegance of an old-fashioned hotel. The breakfast is freshly made and delicious. Go to the central grassland, the core attraction, and the White House can be reached on foot. Two blocks away is Chinatown, which is convenient for eating. Macy's and various famous stores are not far away. One stop for all requirements.
The only downside is that there is a humming in the ventilation duct that is facing, it must be replaced.
Xxin xiaoThe hardware of the hotel is great, from the lobby to the indoor facilities, it is in line with the grade of St. Regis. But the service is really disappointing. It took more than 30 minutes to ask for a pair of slippers, and I waited for an hour and a half for a toothbrush, but it still didn't come. I called to ask, and the reply was: I forgot!
I checked out on the third day and told the person in charge about such bad service. This person said sorry, but he was actually very arrogant and didn't apologize sincerely.
No one helped with the luggage when I left the hotel. The guy at the door didn't leave at all. Well, I saved the money for a cup of coffee.
DC St. Regis, no chance next time!
