"Seriously, if you're coming to Washington D.C., you HAVE to stay here! Not a single fault from start to finish, my experience was absolutely perfect and I'd give it full marks! Coda on Half is an apartment-style accommodation under the Placemakr brand, and the design is incredibly thoughtful. Floors 1-5 are for hotel short-term rentals, and floors 6 and above are for long-term apartments, creating a really comfortable living atmosphere – no chaos or noise. The room itself is super spacious, with a minimalist modern decor, and all the facilities are brand new and complete. The lobby isn't huge but it's exquisitely chic, and the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. The service experience was excellent! On Sunday, check-out day, there was a lovely bonus: free beer, cookies, and orange juice available for guests. It really added to the positive feeling of leaving. The location is absolutely amazing! It's less than a block's walk to the subway station, making public transport a breeze and getting anywhere super convenient. Plus, there's a unique morning market downstairs on Sundays, full of local charm. What really sealed the deal for me was the full kitchen in the room! You can buy your own groceries and cook, perfectly suiting your own taste. Being able to cook for yourself when traveling is just wonderful. There wasn't a single negative point during my entire stay. The facilities, service, location, and convenience were all top-notch. Next time I'm in D.C., I'll definitely choose this place again. I wholeheartedly recommend it without hesitation!"

The hotel is in a good location, with lots of nice restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were friendly. The only complaint was that they couldn’t provide a king-size bed for us, even though we paid and booked online. They explained that they had run out of king-bed rooms, so they gave us a room with twin beds instead, along with some breakfast vouchers to make up for the inconvenience. Compared with other hotels in the area, the parking is more expensive. It costs $83 per day. Considering the high parking fee, I would probably choose a five-star hotel instead. At this price, there are more hotel options with better overall value and parking rates.

The location is convenient, the room is not big, but the bed is very comfortable. There is a local market nearby, which is open on weekends. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The room is my favorite design. It feels like home. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom design is the biggest point. It is large and comfortable, and it is strictly separated from the sleep area. Breakfast is also very rich and the service attitude is very good. Must like it. The surrounding environment is very good, there are pictures as evidence.

I stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

I was here for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's incredibly close to the White House, just 500 meters away, and you can even see the Monument directly from the window – the location is excellent. The hotel's food and dining options are also very good and highly recommended. The service was excellent.

This was my first trip to Washington, D.C. Because I snore quite loudly and didn't want to disturb other guests, I opted for a capsule-style room instead of a typical hostel. Although the space wasn't large, the amenities were excellent, and the privacy was great, making me feel very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive, and they even offered a breakfast discount for guests – a very thoughtful touch. The hotel was conveniently located next to a subway and bus station. Whether you're traveling independently or staying for a short vacation, I highly recommend this accommodation – convenient and comfortable!

I liked hotel's location & cleanliness. Some nearby free 'on street' parking was available. Walls are a bit thin so conversations from neighboring units will be heard. Room was well equipped & larger than average. Only real issue was with electronic door locks. I paid for early check in but couldn't get in at designated time due to hotel-wide issue with doing locks. I got in relatively quickly but other guests were locked out for hours. Based on other reviews, there are a lot of issues with their door lock system. Regardless, I'd consider staying here again.

Ten minutes walk from the train station Super close to the red line subway station There is a customer name on the screen when entering the room. On the first day of my stay, I dropped an ear clip in the room. The cleaning aunt found help and put it on the table Summary: Highly recommended

Global Luxury Suites at Capitol Hill

This was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.
