OK, I’ve been to this hotel on four separate occasions. The decor aside, I found my stats to be enjoyable. The staff is extremely professional, courteous, and helpful when needed. The rooms are larger than a standard hotel room as well as being very clean. The Villages, although not necessarily a destination, is an area where many people do visit family and friends. When staying here I prefer my own accommodations and the Brownwood generally exceeds all my expectations.

This is ,by far, my favorite hotel. The staff is fantastic. I travel alone a lot and I never worry about my safety here. Parking lot is well lit. Beautiful hotel!

Definitely the best hotel in the area. Been booking this hotel every time we are in this part of town. Took a stroll around the property this time to check out its amenities (conference rooms, pool area, gym and fitness terrace) was surprisingly empty, new and very clean.

Well, I would’ve given them five stars, but they refused to honor the free breakfast that was included with my ******* booking. Otherwise, the facility is really fantastic. The rooms are nice, big, and honestly a little quirky in their design. I have no complaints other than the fact that, they did not honor the breakfast I was promised.

This is our favorite stop towards our Key West destination. The room is fabulous, the amenities great and the Wolfgang Puck Restaurant is wonderful. Love it here!

We've stayed at TownPlace, Hampton Inn, the Waterfront Inn .. and hands down this place (Brownwood Hotel) is the best place to stay in The Villages!
