Park Inn by Radisson, Surat

I came for breakfast and staff treated me well specially sarina who take excellent care of needs from coffee to live dosa. She is so smart that she knows the coffee i need as per peace of tea cake was no my plate left. Quality of food and staff is 5/5

Very nice ambience, restaurant and pleasant stay with the great support and service by Mr.Gunanidhi & Ms TiKi Behra. Ms TiKi has provided best food as per my choice and with great hospitality. Mr.Gunanidhi and Ms Lucky has provided best front desk service.

It was beautiful experience in hotel Park inn.The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The food was delicious and they are maintaining it beautifully. Front desk people, Mr. Mohit, miss.lucky, miss. Muskaan, miss. Malem, and entire team is amazing with warm welcome and beautiful smile on their face even after long duty hours. Security and other staff are also so helpful and kind. I’ll be back after 2 months!

The Team is pretty rigid when it comes to norms.. front desk is supposed to be smiling and welcoming, but my experience with Ms. rachna was otherwise! always frowning!! Ms Anjali was ok at the frontdesk but pretty confused. Mr. Mohit was the only face saver perhaps the hotel has!! However the team at the FO that serves drinks and all and the guards at the gate are more welcoming than the front desk team! The Hotel is a complete Vegetarian property & pretty evident in the lavish buffet spread at breakfast and dinner. However, may be the team needs more traininbg in terms of making the guests more comfortable with food and overall experience. We visited during the Navratris, with Onion Garlic restriction our options were limited, and not much was offered by the kitchen in support of that. Perhaps u can have a seperate counter for Navratri food. The housekeeping team is also good but not very accurate with their work, the beds are not comfortable, woke up to neckache every morning! Guys, please do a self evaluation and please improve!

The food service team was excellent they were soo welcoming that u just feel like ur having food on ur own dining table with mouth watering food directly served on the table I would specially like to thanks miss celcy for the tremendous job she is doing with a great smile on her face every time I enter the restaurant it's her that makes my day good all the staff specially give good vibes

I really enjoyed my dinner function here, specially food and the staff service .Special thanks to abhilash, Sourav who took care of all our needs .The dinner buffet is really luxurious and delicious too, the service is quick and really welcoming. I would definitely come back here again.

Excellent service. Lovely staff. Anjali, Mohit and Gunandhi were stars! Very friendly, always ready to help. As well as all the other staff as well. Hotel is clean. Amenities are in good condition. Quiet hotel. Spacious rooms. Enjoyed our stay fully!
