During my stay, the weather was absolutely perfect, allowing me to witness stunning lake sunsets almost every day. I have to commend the hotel's location – it's truly surrounded by everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and shopping. In Suzhou, the metro is more convenient than driving, and with a subway station right next door, getting anywhere is a breeze. Suzhou's public transportation is incredibly well-developed. The hotel breakfast was also good; while the variety wasn't extensive, the Suzhou-style red soup noodles were quite delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I booked a Lake View King Room on the 33rd floor for one night, right by Jinji Lake and next to the Ferris wheel. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was decent, pretty standard. Since the room was close to the elevator, it got a bit noisy in the corridor in the mornings. The lake view room is worth experiencing, as you can see the Suzhou Eye and the Oriental Gate.Also, the landscapes are so gorgeous and stunning. While, the elevator contributes to some hassle for us because of the transfering. Despite some disadvantages excited during my travel periods, i believe M Social Hotel is a best choice in my Suzhou expedition.

Enjoyed my stay very much. very quite environment. room are big and well equipped. modern and functional finishing touch. amazing view from the windows. I also enjoyed 25F Beast and Butterflies evening buffet. Recommended.

This trip, we were traveling with our child. We checked in around 1:30 PM on August 16th, and a lovely staff member at the hotel upgraded us to a high-floor room with a view of the Eye of Suzhou, which made our child incredibly happy! We are so grateful to her! I didn't get a chance to see her when we checked out, but I really wanted to thank her again. I hope the hotel sees this review and can help me extend my heartfelt thanks to the kind lady with the beautiful ponytail! The hotel's location is fantastic; the Eye of Suzhou is right downstairs. Moonlight Wharf is also within walking distance and offers a wide variety of dining options, including Hangzhou, Turkish, and Russian cuisines. We especially enjoyed the Squirrel Fish at 'Gu Jiangnan Sujia Xiaoyuan' (located at Moonlight Wharf) – I still crave it! Similarly, my child still talks about the room arranged by the lady with the ponytail and the hotel's swimming pool. This was our first family trip, stopping in Suzhou on our way from Shanghai. I never expected the Jinji Lake area to be so full of wonderful surprises! We will definitely bring our child back next time and hope to stay in this room again. Thank you!

An absolutely fantastic stay! My friend and I came here and stayed in different rooms, so the photos I'm sharing are a mix from both. From the moment we arrived, with the greeter helping with our luggage, to the professional and polite front desk staff during check-in, everyone was incredibly courteous and efficient. The hotel rooms were spotlessly clean, and the amenities were excellent. The views from the windows were also lovely. My friend's room offered stunning floor-to-ceiling views of Jinji Lake, and although my room didn't face the lake, Suzhou is such a beautiful city that the urban landscape view was still very pleasant. The food also deserves a special mention. While the buffet selection wasn't exceptionally vast, it covered all the essentials. What truly impressed me was the freshness of the ingredients, which frankly surpassed many other luxury hotels. The fish and beef were incredibly fresh, and the quality of the Tomahawk steak, in particular, genuinely rivaled that of a specialized steak restaurant! My only minor regret was the lack of black pepper salt for the steak, but it's possible I simply didn't ask the chef for it. There are so many wonderful things to say, and staying here was undoubtedly the best choice for our trip to Suzhou.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Suzhou. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable, which made us feel at ease right away. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from Suzhou Times Square and right next to a metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. We were offered a late check-out as a courtesy, which the manager kindly arranged for us. The room itself was great, with the bathtub directly facing the iconic Gate of the Orient. Despite being on the 28th floor, the view was still fantastic. The pool was a bit on the small side, and it was quite crowded with kids' swimming lessons on Saturday. However, the changing rooms were well-maintained. The buffet dinner was also enjoyable. As for the executive privileges, no welcome gift was provided. However, there's a self-service coffee machine on the 25th floor, along with some sodas, nuts, and a few small afternoon cakes, which was a nice touch. At night, we could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room, almost as if they were in our own living room. Upon inspection, we discovered a connecting door, and the sound was seeping through the gap. This design isn't ideal, but since we were on a leisure trip, it didn't bother us excessively, haha. The soundproofing was so poor that we actually worried about disturbing our neighbors when watching a movie at night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning for another weekend.

The hotel's front desk is on the 25th floor, and my room was on the 33rd, which required an elevator transfer. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were very friendly and always greeted guests warmly. I booked a connecting room, which featured one king bed and two twin beds. Booked this room for a concert. Subway access to the Olympic Sports Center was very convenient, and with two shopping complexes nearby, dining options were plentiful and easy. We were lucky to get an upgraded room, which faced the Ferris wheel and the lake, offering a fantastic high-floor view. There's a dedicated parking area. The only minor drawbacks were having to go down to the first floor to collect food deliveries, and the somewhat convoluted process of getting from the underground parking to the room, which required taking three different elevators.

Our room offered fantastic views of Jinji Lake, Dushu Lake, the Gate of the Orient, and the Suzhou Eye Ferris Wheel. The hotel truly lives up to its five-star standards, with our room even featuring a bathtub. The breakfast spread was incredibly extensive and delicious. The fitness center and swimming pool were beautiful, and they even had a steam room. Its location is unbeatable, right next to the Suzhou Eye Ferris Wheel and directly at the exit of Metro Line 8. Our family stayed at this hotel during our trip to Suzhou. We found it offered excellent value for money, and its location is quite central. The parking entrance is located to the right of the hotel lobby. A word of caution: our navigation app gave us incorrect directions when trying to find it. Once in the basement, follow the signs to the hotel's dedicated parking spots. There are plenty of spaces, so feel free to drive further in – that will put you closer to the hotel elevators. The basement elevator takes you to the 1st floor. From there, you need to take a dedicated elevator up to the 25th-floor lobby for check-in. The receptionist on the 1st floor (I believe she wore glasses) was incredibly proactive and enthusiastic – highly appreciated! The long-haired staff member who checked us in was equally fantastic. She kindly upgraded our room for free, and her service was truly five-star plus – she deserves special mention! Breakfast was quite good. While the selection wasn't as extensive as in larger hotels, the quality of the items was excellent. Other amenities, however, I found to be just average. Traveling with a child, it was quite inconvenient that no bed rails were provided. The Wild Garden Lounge on the 25th floor was a letdown. When we tried to order, many items were unavailable, and even the recommended set menu had been discontinued. This really dampened the experience. Having to switch elevators multiple times just to get to the 1st floor or the swimming pool was also quite inconvenient.
