Room facilities: We stayed in a deluxe twin room, which is spacious, comfortable bedding, and slept very well. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and toiletries are complete. It is also equipped with branded shower gel and shampoo, and the details are in place. Service attitude: Xiaoqi, the front desk staff, is enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in is efficient. He also introduced the surrounding food and attractions. Breakfast experience: The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, with freshly ground coffee and authentic Suzhou-style snacks, which taste great! The restaurant environment is quiet and the service staff is polite and thoughtful. Geographical location: Although it is not in the city center, it is very convenient to drive or take a taxi. The place is really lovely. It is located within a bamboo forest and is a reasonable distance from a hiking path. The front desk, Xiao Ling, was very helpful and caring. The place is very good for escaping from the city, only 20 minutes drive from the old town. It is silent, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The exterior and some facilities at the hot spring are a bit old but absolutely clean and comfortable. The hot spring after the full day of hiking was fun and relaxing. I will go again for a relaxing weekend!

The old site of the original inspection department used, the lobby looked at the design concept, but it looked a bit depressed, the small garden was a bit scenic, but it looked not very well maintained. The staff was very good and took the initiative to give a parking ticket when checking out. Regarding the room, the size of the room is OK, the facilities are relatively simple, the wall peeling is cracked, this can be tolerated. Before I checked in, I asked the staff to contact me by phone. Because I brought children, I hoped to arrange a smoke-free and quiet room. The staff said that there was no problem with smoke-free, because the room was full, all the others could not be satisfied, this was acceptable. After checking in, I found that there was a ashtray in the room, and the table had burnt marks, which was fine. Later, I found that there was no cleaned soot in the toilet, and there was the hair of the previous guest in the bathroom, which made people feel a bit unbearable. The amount of paper towels and toilet paper in the room was insufficient, so I used it up at night and went to ask for it in the morning. Hotel location is good, but still health or to improve, otherwise I am really sorry for the price of more than 500. In the future, you still have to look at the number of reviews and make a decision. This stay is not very good.

The hotel is just inside the ancient town. There is a parking lot nearby. It takes a few minutes to walk. The room is OK, very clean, the boss is very enthusiastic, and any problems can be dealt with in time. The downside is that the hot water in the friend's room is too slow. It takes a long time to be a little warm and not very hot. It doesn't matter to adults. The children simply wash in our room after taking a bath, and then there is no air conditioning in their room, but fortunately there is a heater. Most importantly! The sound insulation effect is really not good. The sound of talking next door, the sound of walking upstairs at night. The sound of walking in the room is clear. The funny thing is that the sound of the guests coming down in the morning is really like rolling down. Anyway, the sound is quite loud. Fortunately, I wake up late and wake up early. It is also natural to wake up. If you encounter a shallow sleep, it is not good. But the whole environment is still possible to be honest. This is my second stay. I didn't expect that the service quality of domestic brand hotels is getting better and better. The details are very thoughtful, and fruit snacks and yogurt are prepared. It is particularly worth mentioning that the yogurt of Jinling Hotel is very good. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. They specially added an extra breakfast to solve the embarrassment of family travel. Next time I come to Suzhou, I will book Jinling again.

I went back to my hometown to worship my ancestors and chose this one after many choices. The location is good, quiet in a busy area, very close to Shihu Lake, and it is refreshing to go for a walk in my spare time; the service attitude is very good, and I communicated with the front desk lady about the little problem in the room and it was corrected immediately and breakfast was delivered. The attitude is really good! The only small flaw is that the aunt who cleans the room is a bit careless. She lost a toothbrush that we brought and needed to use, so we had to use a disposable one the next day; there is an underground parking lot, which is very convenient. I also had the pickled mustard greens and bamboo shoots noodles for breakfast. Overall, it is okay. I will probably choose to stay in this Atour next time I come back. I communicated with the front desk because of the problem with the bathroom exhaust system. The front desk service was very thoughtful. Because there was no vacant room for room change at noon and I was in a hurry to go out, the waiter helped me to carry my luggage. Thumbs up for their service attitude👍

設施：環境真的挺新的，這是我住過的第2個白玉蘭酒店，感覺是我住過比漢庭還好的快捷商務酒店。 衞生：衞生也值得稱讚，五一我在蘇州以外的江蘇城市旅遊來着，花四五百塊錢住的酒店都沒這個酒店好。 環境：估計是寫字樓，除了離市中心比較遠以外，其他的環境都相當的好。 服務：有咖啡有茶葉，早餐也蠻不錯的，前台服務很好。
