Great location. Right across the street of A subway station. Very well maintained Property. The room is very clean. Newly opened, clean and tidy environment! Nice room, well equipped, laundry facilities. Fitness and entertainment room! Located next to a large residential complex! The hotel also provides midnight snacks and the breakfast buffet is very rich! The staff has a very good service attitude and will leave a card after cleaning, which is quite heartwarming! Very satisfied with the accommodation 🥰

The front desk lady was very friendly and the room was very clean and tidy. The lighting was good and the toiletries were complete. The hotel environment was very good and new. It was very convenient to eat downstairs.

The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful. The facilities however are a little old and not well maintained. There was only one working jacuzzi and the others were 'out of order'. On the plus side the location is great. There's nice malls a quick walk away. There's also an amazing restaurant right outside the hotel, which has local Suzhou food. Highly recommend the crab noodles and the crab soup dumplings.

I've stayed here many times and have always been satisfied. The location is great, right across from Longhu Lake, with underground parking and delicious food right outside the hotel. I always book this room type; it's spacious, with a rare 1.5-meter twin bed and a soaking tub. This time, I needed to print documents for school, and the front desk lady was very helpful, free of charge. Highly recommend this place.

Hot spring pools didn't vary much, and occupied what seems to be a small area, which worked to our advantage because we stayed when the wearther was 1-2degC. Restaurant offered fair-priced dinner options, breakfast spread was fair as well. Not much happening in the surrounding area, until one takes the tourist shuttle (or the ebikes for rent parked around the area) where folks can check out other quaint village/farm cafes and restaurants.

We received an excellent experience from the hotel. Especially their staff, Cherry from the reception and 美芹 from the restaurant. Both provided us high level of services. They are very nice and patient to our requests. Our room is comfortable and well equiped. Also, the view is great and beautiful. Definitely, i will stay here again if i come next.

I came to Suzhou on a business trip and chose this hotel. Seeing that it opened in 2015, I was worried that the room facilities were old, but when I arrived, I found that the room was still very good, the facilities and equipment were still durable, the room was spacious and bright, and the sanitation was also very clean, which added a lot of satisfaction to this stay. The check-in at the front desk was also very fast, without any delay. The whole process was very smooth, and the staff were also very warm and welcoming. The hotel is also close to Hanshan Temple. It is very pleasant to go for a walk after the business trip. Today's rain has a more misty Jiangnan flavor. Overall, it is great and recommended!

In addition, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and guests can access the Internet at any time in their room. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for business or leisure travelers.
