AAnonymous UserOverall, it was a great stay with excellent value for money, and the room was clean. It's very close to the airport, about a 10-minute drive. The only downside was waiting for the shuttle at the airport for half an hour, but it never showed up.😹

AAlanSpivackA great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.

Location is very walkable to everything. We heard a little noise from patrons from the restaurants across the street but nothing over the top, and rooms were fairly sound proof. Filtered water dispensers everywhere. Small quiet pool with long hours. Housekeeping staff friendly.

Renovated rooms were still a little grungy. Bathroom updated and modern though lots of dirt along baseboards.
Needs improvement
Towels and bathrobes were so old. They were certainly clean but very worn out and rough. The bathrobe had a hole in it. No lotion. Carpet was a little eh.
A bit subpar for a Novotel Hotel particularly at the nightly price.

XXuhaoyuThe hotel is located near College Station, which makes transportation incredibly convenient – the location is pretty good. Room cleanliness was average, but the facilities are quite old. The downside is the soundproofing is really poor; I frequently heard noise. Also, the Wi-Fi is terrible and often wouldn't connect. Breakfast options were standard and didn't change daily, but it tasted pretty good. Overall, the hotel service was quite thoughtful.

GGuest UserThe stay in Canopy was good overall - The hotel was quiet and clean. The wifi was good. Also, close to a metro station of Sherbourne. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and prompt to address the requirement I need.
Our room type was ”two queen beds room”, it's adequate in size with a clean and bright, minimalist swedish design that i found quite appealing. i must admit i was a little disappointed by the lack of any view - just the windows of the neighboring apartment building. My favorite amenities were the drawer refrigerator, which was big enough for putting the stuffs what we bought but of course there are your standard amenities too - espresso maker, electric tea kettle. I should also mention that there's a glass bottle available for water that you need to fetch out in the lobby of the floor, where the water dispenser is. It's no inconvenience at all but it's environmentally friendly.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel for the adults only pool, being that it was March break they allowed children into the adults only pool (as well as there being a children’s pool). We would have liked this information beforehand as the pool was the reason for booking. We were only able to get access to the pool between 10-11pm. Otherwise hotel was very clean, we had a standard queen room which was really nice with a comfortable bed. Bathroom needs some renovations, especially the bath/shower situation. We enjoyed our stay but we feel that information about the pool should have been known upfront and not made aware to us upon check in
