My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

We are family of 4 stayed in Deluxe King Suite with Harbour View, very happy with the location of the hotel. The room is spacious, and they have Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle but they don’t provide any plates and spoons. We did groceries for breakfast and we needed spoons for yogurt and plates for fruits. There’re cherry blossoms trees and colorful chairs and many birds flying around just next to our hotel and we could see those beautiful view from our room. The parking garage is also spacious with easy access to the lobby. When we checked in, the reception staff told us that our booking was only for 2 adults and he wanted to charge us more for extra 2 kids but I showed him my booking is for 2 adults and 2 kids. He finally didn’t charge us more but they didn’t set up the sofa bed for our kids. And like others said, the sofa bed is not comfortable and too soft. We stayed with another friends (family of 3) and they gave us rooms in the same floor, and we hanged out everyday in our room especially when it rained whole day on the second day.

Getting to the hotel from the airport by Skytrain was super convenient and quick. It's located right on the main street, with a large shopping mall nearby, and there's a taxi stand just downstairs. We arrived at 10 AM, and not only did they upgrade our room, but they also let us check in early so we could rest. The hotel has plenty of facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool. What I particularly liked was that the shower head in the bathroom wasn't fixed, and the hairdryer was powerful enough for long hair. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Vancouver!

The hotel is located at a prime location, with train stations nearby directly linked to the airport. There are also many restaurants along the way and walkable to all tourists spots. Very safe neighbourhood with office buildings surrounding. It can be a bit loud at night due to the ambulances but that’s something that can’t be avoided anywhere in the city.
The breakfast option however is disappointing especially for the lack of vegan options. Breakfast are on an ala carte basis and gratuity is not inclusive. This means that breakfast averages to about $15-20 per breakfast which better options are available around the area with great variety.
Hotel staff are polite and kind.

The location is pretty good, about a 10-minute walk to the SkyTrain. The service is excellent, and the rooms are nice. I noticed that they intentionally spoke slower when addressing non-English speaking guests, which was a thoughtful touch. There's no electric kettle, but they'll bring you one if you ask. However, there's no microwave.

LAdukailiGreat location, just a 9-minute walk from Canada Place where the cruise ships dock. The north-facing rooms offer a peek of the ocean, while other directions have city views.
The hotel is right above Burrard Station on the Expo Line, making it super convenient to get anywhere, especially the airport, with no traffic! Absolutely unbeatable!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The hotel decor is a bit dated, but it's quite comfortable. The bedding felt like Egyptian cotton, silky and smooth!
The gym, outdoor sauna, and outdoor heated pool are on the 4th floor, all with city views. It was a good experience!👍🏻

Nice hotel, good location, parking was a little cheaper than usual for Vancouver. Room was a suite, large and comfortable. TV in the bedroom was very oddly angled in a way that you couldn’t easily watch it from the bed…. Peculiar …. Recommended.

Guest UserWe loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Broadway. On arrival at the hotel we found the staff at check-in so welcoming - thank you to Venezia and Myra. And further more each staff member we came in contact with was delightful from the housekeeping staff to the porters. We highly recommend a room on a high floor with balcony to take in the view. The hotel is a short stroll to the waterfront to catch a ferry to Granville Island. Congratulations to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable!

Michael K. L. NgThe hotel appears to be short handed on housekeepers as our room was not refreshed despite us hanging a sign to refresh when we left the room in the morning. Also, one other couple who was traveling with us was only able to check into their room in the evening as it took the hotel longer than expected to clean up the room after the previous guests checked out. At times, request for amenities were not answered and we had to make a repeated call to the front desk. Front desk staff took a long time to answer calls as well. It appears they are also short handed in that department.
