The Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport

We are impressed by the friendly staff and particularly we asked if we could find somewhere to warm up food and they arranged a microwave to be delivered to our room. They also  put in extra bottles of water for us, much appreciated! The location is excellent, easy access to transit station and food choices around.

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times before, and it’s still one of our favorite hotels. The staff are usually very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the gentleman who checked us in this time seemed a little unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, the room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The hotel also prepared a thoughtful anniversary surprise in our room, which made our stay feel extra special and created a wonderful memory. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was close and free shuttle to airport. Close to skytrain and easy to downtown. Staffs were very helpful and nice, breakfast was fantastic. Good view for can saw airplanes landing and taking off, no noises. Hotel and swimming pool were clean, room was very spacious and comfortable.

Big room, big toilet It would be great to have a bedside lighting control panel installed

The fitness and pool area is the nicest in Richmond I've been too and the staff is great. Parking is paid but secure just a bit pricy. Easy location to and from airport with a rental and walking distance to the SkyTrain.
