"I really loved the room! It had a humidifier and was decorated with ethnic flair. The ornaments were clearly chosen with care; I heard the owner personally drove to Kashgar to get them. I also enjoyed the scent of the room diffuser. The hotel is right in LiuXing Street, and the watermelon was delicious too! My flight was in the morning, and the owner even drove me to the airport! What a great young man!"

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Ili Yining International Airport located approximately 7km away and Yining Railway Station roughly 11km away. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Ili Old Town Kazanqi Folk Tourism Area - Carriage Transfer Station, Yili River Folk Cultural Tourist Village and Yili Old Town Cultural Tourism Zone. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please."

"Location: It's very conveniently located for dining in the Haierbag area and shopping near the North Gate.
Facilities: The facilities are brand new, and the exceptionally large courtyard feels incredibly luxurious.
Courtyard Experience: You could easily spend a whole day in the courtyard without getting bored. They offer afternoon tea and delicious fresh fruits. We even got to witness a minority ethnic wedding today!
Service: The staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing routes and local cuisine and were incredibly patient."

"The room was fantastic, the owner was very welcoming, and the entire decor clearly showed a lot of thought and effort. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, despite its prime location on Liuxing Street.
Facilities: Fully equipped, the only issue was that the bedside sockets didn't have USB ports.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and they thoughtfully provided disposable toilet seat covers and towels.
Environment: The overall environment was superb, with a unique and pleasing style; it was clear that a lot of thought and effort had been put into it, both inside and out.
Service: The service was excellent. The owner was very welcoming; we arrived very late due to traffic, and the owner escorted us to our room before going to rest."

The owner of the homestay is very enthusiastic, and they go to the store to help with luggage and send fruit plate snacks.
The chef's food is delicious! Every dish is a lot of weight! Two people can't waste eating to support their belly hahaha 🤣
Laundry room so you don't have to drag dirty clothes around

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training.
Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).
