During our stay we experienced that their house keeping service was bad, for the whole week stay they didn't change the bed sheet at all, sometimes not supplying drinking water to us, and not vacuuming the floor throughly. The worst is that we sent a value of $4000 LV vest to dry clean, they returned it within one hour without properly cleaned, then we requested to redo the job,  end of the story is the vest is completely damaged and they only want to compensate less than $100 cleaning charge.
