the hotel room is clean. friendly staff, check in process is fast and smooth. they also connected with the pay shuttle bus service which is easy for travellers. 10mins walking distance to train station and grocery.
Lovely stay in Pullman, we stayed to be close to the blue mountains. The gym had good equipment options, staff were friendly and the room was quiet and clean. Loved the free parking as well. We’d stay here again if we had a need to be in western Sydney.

The hotel is an established five-star property with an excellent location, and the front desk staff were very friendly. However, the elevators were a major issue. One of the three was out of service for maintenance, and the remaining two were incredibly slow, especially during the day. Waiting for an elevator often took around 15 minutes, which is a significant waste of valuable time. For this reason, I cannot recommend it.
Advantages: The hotel has good service attitude, the room is clean and tidy, the location is convenient, the transportation is convenient, and there are many places to eat nearby. The room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable.
It is a pleasant accommodation experience.

- The room was large, with a kitchen and washer-dryer.
- The location was great, with a nice view, just a stone's throw from Circular Quay and the Opera House.
Cons:
- The air conditioner in the room was broken, making it a bit chilly at night. Two repairs failed to fix it, so I didn't want to bother with it and asked them to come back the next day. I even left a note, but it still wasn't fixed. It rained a lot in Sydney during my stay, so the mornings were still quite cold.
- The bathroom sink drain was clogged and water was stagnant.
- The washing machine drain had a slightly foul smell.
- Breakfast was a la carte, not buffet style.
