Upon checking in the room the toilet wasn't flushing and repairs had to be made to be able to use the toilet. Bathroom sliding door is very hard to slide

Just all of a sudden I couldn't log into my free internet account as a Marriott member.

The room was not quiet. I don't know if it was the sound from the elevator, but there was a sound of metal colliding all night. Especially in the second half of the night, I wondered why the sound kept ringing. I couldn't sleep well due to jet lag, and this sound kept me awake all night. I have stayed here several times, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. Before, the air conditioner was noisy.

Internet access costs $15 a night, and there is no bottle of water in the room. I feel that Marriott is not worthy of it, but the room rate is not cheap either.

It's a very new Marriott. When we checked in, we were wondering why the rating was so low. But when we checked into the room, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything else was clean, but the quilts and pillows on the two beds were messy, as if someone had just crawled out of bed. When we left, we unfortunately forgot to unplug the charging plugs for our two mobile phones and iPhone. We called them that night and planned to pick them up after leaving the national park three days later. After registering online as they asked, we heard nothing from them. We called every day after leaving the park, but there was no response. Today, I passed by the airport and went to the hotel front desk to ask again. After waiting for 20 minutes, they said they couldn't find it. This service is really bad.

If I wasn't going to the exhibition center, I wouldn't choose this hotel, which is a three-star hotel, very average.

The service quality is poor, especially the restaurant. The waiters are not familiar with the business. I booked two rooms on the high floor with breakfast.

The hotel is clean and comfortable to rest in. The room service is delicious, but it's a shame there's no supermarket nearby.

予約がいっぱい（近くでKPOPのコンサートがありました）でチェックインの時間になっても部屋の準備ができていませんでしたが、そのかわり待ち時間にラウンジを使わせてもらい、心遣いに大変感謝です🥲

房間的view非常棒，床品也非常舒適 衹是停車場需要從3樓下到1樓才能再上到酒店房間比較麻煩，而且需要另外收費 不含早餐

房間寬敞 整潔 設施不是很全 沒有送的水和衞生用品 前台接待還行 樓下早餐衹能自己花錢買 沒有附贈

比較荒蕪 但市裡衹有這個酒店看着好一點
