Hotel is actually great! I kinda feel sad that the hotel doesn’t have that much reviews here, mainly because of promotion issues, but the hotel is actually decent. The breakfast is good also. Will stay again here.

This was my first time staying at Cloud Business Hotel, and as soon as I entered, I was struck by how spacious and bright it was. A big plus is that they offer parking spots on a first-come, first-served basis. I booked a triple room this time, and it was also very clean and bright. The double bed was really huge and super comfortable! The only drawback was a faint smell of renovation in the room, likely from ongoing work upstairs, but it was still within an acceptable range. I'd definitely consider staying at Cloud Business Hotel again next time I'm in Taichung.

While the price was good value for money, the room's housekeeping was seriously lacking. The mugs on the table hadn't been cleaned at all. (One even had the previous guest's lipstick mark, as shown in the uploaded photo; the other had tea stains at the bottom.) Luckily, I noticed before using them and asked for replacements. Also, a cold front passed through last night, but the room didn't provide heating. (The air conditioning control switch allows for temperature adjustment between hot and cold, but it wasn't working.)

Best hotel so far in Taiwan, very good location, nice people they are very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is amazing! There are free washing machines and dryers which are all free of charge. The room is clean and comfortable, great price as well!

Besides the convenient parking, the breakfast was also very satisfying! Plus, with a 12 PM check-out, we could go down for breakfast and then head back to the room to relax a bit before checking out at noon!

The room facilities are outdated and don't quite match the photos. The showerhead in the bathroom isn't separate from the tub, so you have to step into the bathtub to shower, but the tub didn't look very clean.

This is my second time staying here, and it's just as great as I remember! The location is excellent, the rooms are spotless, and the overall environment is fantastic. Plus, they offer complimentary breakfast. The drink bar is a huge bonus, staying open until late evening. It's so nice to come back after exploring the night market and relax in the dining area with a few cups of coffee before heading upstairs. All in all, I think it's fantastic! 👍

We had a pleasant experience here. The service staff were impeccable. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast were sufficient. Our bathtub wasn't very clean. The parking was free but a bit stressful due timo the space restraint, but overall good hotel.
