Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Staff informed me that there was no daily housekeeping, and guests must request room service via a form or at the counter, specifying the preferred time. When requested housekeeping for the 3rd day on the 2nd day, was told it would only include towel and bedsheet changes and trash removal, which was acceptable to me. However, upon returning to my room, I found that the duvet cover had not been properly fitted, with the duvet and cover separated. Housekeeping services can be improved.
The room was compact but clean, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from Taipei Main Station.

Everything was just so beautiful, and the location was very convenient. There were plenty of elevators, so nothing felt inconvenient.
I would love to stay there again. It was also nice that complimentary water was provided.
I wanted to eat some fruit and went to the supermarket, but of course I realized I had to buy things like a spoon or a knife. Next time, I’ll make sure to bring them with me.

Absolutely perfect for families with young kids as there is a kid's playground and free flow biscuit snacks at the lobby. Taipei station metro station is nearby the hotel which make traveling convenient, and it is walking distance to Xi Men Ding shopping area. Hotel staffs are all very nice and helpful.
