I always enjoy my stays at the Embassy Suites! The room was remarkably clean, everything worked properly, the comfort level was great & this location was close to the majority of places I wanted to visit. The only small downside was that the amenities that I enjoy the most were unavailable due to the pandemic; namely, the Breakfast & Cocktail Hour. Overall, I’d still say it was a great stay!

The first stop when arriving in this city is the hotel in the center of the airport. I watched the city's promotional video introducing this hotel. It is colorful and exciting. The airport is small and cute, the design is tasteful and beautiful. The hotel is directly connected to the airport, which is convenient. The lobby is simple. There are no tennis courts where we originally planned to play, the swimming pool is being repaired, and the water park is fenced off. The room has a sense of age. The ceilings were very low. The property was VERY dark inside. Access to the pool was VERY awkward (if not, a little scary). There was a bar at the pool but it was not open. No where to get food or drinks.

Breakfast is a but limited. No bacon with the nice egg station!

The hotel is very close to the airport. It takes six or seven minutes to drive. However, you have to call to get the airport shuttle bus. The front desk service is average and it doesn't feel very formal. There is no airport shuttle bus before 6 a.m., so those taking an early flight have to take a taxi to the airport.

It is relatively close to the airport and is clean and hygienic. However, the door lock is not easy to use. It is still an old-fashioned card. It is recommended to replace it with a new one.
