체크인 할때 이용시설 설명이라던가 호텔정책같은건 설명 제대로 안해주더라고요 방청소 안하는대신에 바우처주는게 있는데 나중에 발견해서 못써먹을뻔 했어요 시설도 나쁘진 않았습니다 위치가 깡패라 그게 제일 좋았습니다

First of all, the hotel room is very humid. When I woke up in the morning, the quilt and bed sheets were all wet. I wanted to hang some clothes but they were not dry at all. The hotel does not provide free mineral water. Except for the first day of check-in, two bottles of mineral water were provided at night. After that, I paid the room fee for the next five or six days, but mineral water was no longer provided. When asked, I was asked to fill the water. The water in the hotel's water station is salty and has a strong odor. After drinking it, I had diarrhea for several days. I had to buy water myself and carry water back from the supermarket every day. It was very depressing. The service is also very poor. Unless you strongly request it with the cleaner, you will only change a towel every day, and the room will not be cleaned. The doorman is also very lazy. Three or four people gather together, and they don't help guests with luggage, nor tell guests where to find it. You have to find the escalator by yourself. If the luggage falls on the ground, they won't help. The attitude is also very bad. They are very flattering to foreigners and very average to East Asians. There is a suspicion of racial discrimination.

I will go to Dusit Beach next time.. The location is great... and it's clean.

다른호텔에 가보기전엔 여기가 좋은줄 몰랐어요 다음에 괌여행은 무조건 두짓 와이파이는 잘 안되네요

I only had a Korean voucher, so I printed it out and took it with me, but upon check-in, they said breakfast was included for one person...... After explanation and room assignment, everything was ok (2 adults + breakfast included for children) The next day, at breakfast, they said it was breakfast for one person and that they had to charge an extra adult + child... After explaining it again and checking, I went in... I even asked him to prevent the same situation from happening the next day..... The same thing happened again during breakfast and I was annoyed. The work process is really slow and the guidance is slow. I wish Trip.com had given the voucher in English... Why are you doing this?...

The location is great. There is good access to the pool and ocean, and the only means of transportation, the trolley station, is right in front of you. The hotel rooms are spacious and sometimes the amenities are not replenished, but if you tell the concierge they will bring them right away. We also had a Japanese concierge help us with pizza delivery. Since the Japanese yen is still weak, I think we need to come up with ways to enjoy food while keeping food costs down. It would be a good idea to bring insect repellent and sunscreen from Japan.

The location is great. This is where I stay every time I come to Guam. I plan to come here again. Sometimes I hear that there are problems with hygiene, but I have never experienced that. It's the best.

Tumon’s location ******** Dusit Beach♥ All commercial districts are centered around Dusit Beach. If you don’t plan on renting, I definitely recommend it~!! Not just in the commercial area. The hotel pool is directly connected to the beach, so you can enjoy the beautiful Tumon Beach. Being able to enjoy snorkeling and playing in the sand is also a big attraction. A very happy 5 nights and 6 days😍

The staff's service is very good But the shower in the hotel room I stayed at was a bit... I don't know what to say Could it be that the parts are poorly matched?^^;;;;; If you open this, you can come out from somewhere else and the shower head is also open. It doesn't fit well, so when the water pressure is high, the shower head flies. Anyway, the other stuff is good. Having trouble using the shower facility

The room had a great view, and the sea was right in front of me. It was cleaned every day and I felt comfortable. The staff were also kind.

We went on a family trip to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The location is great because it’s in the city center. Because it was for recreational purposes, I used the swimming pool and the sea at the hotel all day. The kids love it so much I had fun going on the pool slides all day. I had a good rest for 4 nights. I recommend it

The hotel has a unique geographical location and beautiful environment. It is located in the famous Tumon Bay, with the blue sea and blue sky just around the corner. I will choose Dusit next time I go to Guam.
