酒店在高黎貢山山頂上，無論是空氣還是景色都是最好的！酒店房間都配套超大陽台和私湯温泉，還有無邊泳池和山景温泉，以及小花園，這些地方拍照都很好出片，完全可以在酒店裡呆一天。
酒店的服務也很熱情周到，見面都會問好，下車後前台都有來幫忙拉行李，前台還給我們升級了房間。
在等待辦理入住的時候，還給我們主動送上熱茶和小點心。退房時還貼心的給我們伴手禮。可以説這家酒店的配套設施和服務是可以達到超五星級的水準的！酒店早餐也是OK的，我們預訂的時候還送了歡迎水果。如果是度假旅遊這家酒店還是非常推薦給大家的！

超級好的酒店，遠遠超出我的預期。父母自駕遊，幫父母訂的酒店，媽媽想要帶温泉的，網上各種看評論，價格對比，最後選擇了這家。訂好房間後，想着能讓他們住的舒服一些就打了電話給酒店工作人員，管家小段添加了微信，幫忙申請了升級房型，父母入住的時候還帶進了房間並介紹了房間的智能操作，全程超耐心的解答我各種問題，因為第一天晚上媽媽沒有泡温泉，還幫忙延遲了退房時間讓她第二天上午可以去體驗一下。酒店很新很漂亮，爸媽住的很開心，管家超級好。這次行程，除了麗江洲際就是這家最滿意。

意外被前台小姐姐升級了房型，很開心，房間設施完善，戴森吹風機和愛馬仕的洗護用品，前台服務態度很好，温泉很好泡，無邊泳池風景不錯，但是唯一不足的就是房間裏的私湯温泉衹能泡一次，早上起來還想在泡的時候發現温泉水沒了，直接斷水，衹能去户外公共的泡池，早餐味道也不錯，會再去住一次的那種。

很美很新的酒店，房間設施也很現代，高度智能化，非常方便。室內室外都是天然温泉，簡直太享受了！無邊游泳池非常出片。在酒店度過的元宵節，餐廳貼心的送了元宵。感謝餐廳負責的小夥子、前台主管帥哥、負責客房服務的美女姑娘，我們在酒店度過了愉快的假期。

建在山頂的酒店，可以眺望到騰沖市區，早上能看到雲霧，晚上還能觀星。
整體設施完善，房間裏燈光窗簾等都可以用小度語音控制，還配備了愛馬仕洗護用品、戴森吹風機。房間內就有温泉泡池，非常方便。户外泡池多，就是天際泡池因為玻璃維修沒有開放，有點小遺憾。
服務很好，會帶我們熟悉環境，瞭解各區域。入住期間管家式服務，通過微信解決問題、預約接送機等，響應很快。
