Remote location from Moraira village (rental car is mandatory). Unfortunately isolation means risky place since robbery occurs in their property also due to their lack of security measures (no camera nor video coverage). Staff seems insufficient, untrained or inadequate since the minimum service level is not guaranteed (friends of mine didn’t get their room cleaned regularly although the hotel was relatively empty). Conclusion: to be avoided.

Isolated hotel with no security equipment. I strongly not recommend to visit this hotel if you have luxury items since they have no decent privacy infrastructure nor video surveillance nor security staff which makes it an open door for burglaries. We were attacked and robbed of a luxury watch during our stay at the hotel and it didn’t surprise anyone familiar with the matter. Besides the security issues, we suffered from severel lack of professionalism in general. For instance our room was not cleaned although we were just a few clients staying at that time. I would hesitate to recommend this place to friends unless they are expert in martial arts or well equipped for self defense.

Very clean and fresh hotel. The very large bed was incredibly comfy with a lovely terrace and view. Plenty of storage for clothes with a fabulous large, powerful rain shower. If you are sharing with a friend, be aware that the door from the bedroom to the bathroom and toilet is not that private - but is made up of slats of wood rather than a solid door. Fine for us as a couple but might not be for everyone. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed drinks on the terrace one afternoon overlooking the very pleasant gardens. Easy walk into Moraira with plenty of places to stop for drinks on the way (and way back!)

Nice hope, recently refurbished I think.? was like a ghost town in there though, asked atmosphere, very understaffed as other people have said, breakfast was ok not offered hot options until I asked then it was just eggs scrambled or fried nothing else, they was making some scrambled eggs then sticking them on the side to go cold urgh...!!! two members of staff sat chatting in kitchen rather than been attentive to guests. rooms extremely small, would of liked bath we had a room with a terrace which was nice to sit out on, only one sunbed though and next door had two.? bed comfy, shampoo and conditioner smells amazing. walked up the road for dinner found a lovely Italian, food and service was outstanding Magia it was called. roughly 2025 strolling Moriara don't think id return

Lovely hotel very clean nice pool and nice restaurant area Rooms are bit on the small side Bathrooms are very strange if wanting privacy when in toilet My only criticism for this hotel is it seriously needs to get more staff You shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes at the bar to get a drink. This happened on a daily basis Over the course of staying at hotel for 1 week, only 2 floor staff was covering both restaurant and bar area. I don’t think this is acceptable especially when you can hear other hotel residents moaning about same issue

We had an amazing lunch at their restaurant. Everything we ordered was amazing. Loved the Ceviche - so fresh. We had kids and enjoyed the pool. Service was great and friendly. I highly recommend to stay a few nights or just stop by for some food.

Gorgeous modern hotel with great staff. We have returned three times while house hunting in moraira. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We have stayed in different rooms, the terrace room ( terrace is huge and lovely furnishing although quite big step down into the room -fine for us but May not be for everyone) the suite, which doesn’t have a balcony, and the balcony room which we prefer. Although The bathroom door is a sliding door and not the best fit so not much privacy. Amenities are good, water provided, hair dryer, no robes/slippers, towels nice and changed daily if you need, asked for extra pillows and these were provided. Nice toiletries. Lovely grounds and setting, great breakfast. Pool is gorgeous and grounds are very well maintained. Very relaxed atmosphere and great location. Close to algas and restaurants. Would recommend to fam and friends and defo stay here again. Small gym also comes in handy when too hot to exercise outside. Look forward to our next visit

Very Disappointed on our second return to this hotel.We waited a long time for any bar staff to serve drinks, no nuts or olives, then when we ordered from the bar menu, we were told we couldn't eat it in the bar outside area, even though my husband had checked to see if it was fine, we were not eating a main meal, so I asked if they wanted us to move..not friendly..our friends had a bad odour from their room, which was not good and did not move them We sat by the pool and there were heaps of towels and empty Glasses by the pool, nobody seemed to be designated to this area and one girl did arrive with no pad, to take drinks orders!!.My friend asked for an omelette at breakfast the following day, with cheese and was told "there is no cheese", even though there were about 6 different cheeses on the breakfast table???I have emailed them and they said they were looking into our complaint, but to date, NOTHING!!!if no reply today..we need to sign their Hoja de Recalmacion ( complaints book )..rooms are not cheap and the staffing and standards have slipped greatly NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL !!!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, rooms cleaned to high standard. We stayed in a terrace room which had great balcony space however room was not very big and the balcony door could not fully open, hitting against the end of the bed making it difficult to access the balcony. No tea/coffee making facilities. Overall we had a lovely holiday.
